I booked a roundtrip ticket remotely. Vouchers with seating information and port addresses arrived immediately after confirmation, which was very convenient. The ferry to Vung Tau's departure time changed. I was notified by email and WhatsApp. Everything was very prompt. The ferry was clean, departed on schedule, and the journey took two hours. Water and snacks were provided along the way.

This day trip was a very typical Vietnam day trip. Vung Tau is quite beautiful, the pace of the tour wasn't too rushed, and the price was reasonable, including lunch, so it was great value for money. The tour leader was a Vietnamese guy who spoke good English, so we got along very well. Thumbs up, a product without any pitfalls.
