Impressive building with very well-presented historical projections in the Great Hall. A knowledgeable guide too, able to answer all our questions! (We didn’t visit the distillery part) Could be improved by speedier service in the cafe, and Anglo-Saxon inspired gifts in the shop

Traveling with the kids was great, and the itinerary was well-planned; the kids had a blast. Phuket is definitely in its rainy season at this time of year; it rained every day for several days, but it passed quickly and didn't affect our water activities. The only downside was the tight schedule, which meant we didn't get to fully appreciate the hotel. The tour guide arranged by Ctrip was excellent.
