You can board the ship from about an hour before you go out and enjoy the atmosphere. Even if you board early, the food and drink service is not ready. I think that luxury cruises are larger and more stable than other tours. You can see the night view of both banks on the cruise. There is a lot of wind, so I think you should prepare a jacket to tour outdoors.
