Overall, it was a good experience. Special praise goes to our tour leader, Jiang Bin; he was very professional and enthusiastic. One of our group members (Gao Ping) accidentally fell, and Binbin sacrificed his free time to stay by his side, which deeply moved us. I suggest the company commend him. The addition of a few attractions was also excellent.★

This was a self-guided trip, and Ctrip was very helpful throughout. Both hotels we stayed at were excellent. The only problem was the airport transfer on our return flight: We had originally booked a 2:00 AM pick-up service, but because other passengers on our return flight needed to arrive around 1:00 AM, we contacted Ctrip in advance to change the transfer time to 1:40 AM. However, the person picking us up didn't arrive until 2:15 AM. The four adults and two children from both families waited in the hotel lobby, and between 1:40 AM and 2:15 AM, we tried calling Ctrip's 24-hour Thailand service, but no one answered. The person picking us up then sped off to the airport like a mad rat; the arrangements were incredibly chaotic.Trip.com picks
