They give you a raincoat at the entrance, and they let us sit somewhere else so our daughter could sit down since she didn't have a seat.

After booking from trip.com the confirmation process is easy through the WeChat or trip.com message feature. Arriving at the location they straight away do the make up and hair. The clothes are very beautiful. The make up artist is also very nice. Then after, the photographer comes to pick up and goes to the location to do some photoshoot. All of the process is very nice and smooth. The photo came out nice too. They send the photo through WeChat and I choose 9 photos to be edited, and the rest I can also keep them. *Thumbs up!

Overall, it was good. The organizers were in touch on WeChat, although not from the first day of booking. They picked us up from the hotel on time, as agreed. The boat ride itself was simply wonderful! I gave it a minus for the guide's very loud voice on the bus, as well as for the fact that he kept trying to sell us something on the way to the pier.
