This ski resort requires booking and confirmation by phone at least one day in advance. We booked a 4-hour alpine chairlift and called a day in advance to confirm that we would ski for 4 hours the following afternoon. However, when we arrived that afternoon, we were notified at the last minute that the wind was too strong and the intermediate slope and chairlift were closed, so we could only use the beginner slope. We could understand the weather, but our request to change to the beginner package was refused. So we ended up paying for the intermediate slope and chairlift to ski the beginner slope, which was quite frustrating. As for the scenery and service, they were still quite good.
