The itinerary was perfect—compact but not rushed. Everyone was punctual, and our guide, Xiaoyu, spoke English, Japanese, and Chinese seamlessly throughout. A truly worthwhile day trip. The Umijigoku and Zaojigoku are truly magical, with beautiful colors. Kinrinko Lake was just average, a small lake. However, Yufuin was a great place to explore, with plenty of snacks and an owl enclosure where you could pet them.★

The scenery along the way was worth the price of admission. It was so beautiful the whole way. I kept taking photos with my camera. The guide, Heather, was also very sweet and considerate. I even made some friends along the way. It was fun. Although it rained heavily and my shoes got soaked, Kitakyushu has a unique charm in the rain.★

Our Spider-Man guide, Kevin Yang, was incredibly humorous and thorough. We had a wonderful trip and were incredibly lucky. We saw Mount Aso 🌋, Kusasenri under a clear blue sky, had delicious ice cream 🍦, and enjoyed a beautiful foot bath in the Heishan hot springs. It was perfect 😍 and we're so grateful for the experience!★

My tour guide for the day was Emy, she's very friendly and informative, but she also speaks very fast (too fast). The schedule was a little rough, around 40min to an hour per stop. Most of the stop require a lot of walking and hiking. I recommend this one day tour for people who like adventure. The tour doesn't provide drinking water or snacks, you need to bring your own.★

The guide's heart was evident in his eagerness to share and show us so much despite his packed itinerary. While I felt a bit choked up from the constant flurry of speaking in both Korean and English, I was deeply moved by his passion. He even played some music as we arrived at each tourist attraction, which was a nice touch! The only disappointment was the vehicle. It was a minibus, so it was packed and stuffy, and the seats were a bit uneven. Next time, I'd like to request a larger bus.
