My itinerary was Incheon - Turkey - Paris - Incheon. I used a 5G eSIM, installed it in advance, and just turned it on in Turkey, and it connected immediately! The SIM card connected quickly. The signal was strong everywhere. Sometimes the connection became unstable in large buildings and between towns, but I think that's normal. The ability to make calls and send/receive text messages was useful.
