This was my first time booking a vacation package through Ctrip. The China Southern Airlines direct flight to Siem Reap was great; I was even upgraded to premium economy. The hotel's location was also very convenient, near the Old Market and Pub Street. Because it was on the other side of the road, there was no noise, which was good for a good night's rest.★

The hotel was alright, with good environment and facilities; however, the Chinese restaurant was a bit crowded, and we waited for half an hour for dinner. We also encountered heavy snow while soaking in the hot springs, so we didn't dare to stay for too long, but it was still okay.★

Despite the rain, the whole trip was great. We visited many places and tried Nanjing's local delicacies. On the first day, the hotel said they hadn't received a payment notification from Ctrip, but they resolved it quickly. It was a good experience, and I'll definitely use Ctrip to book my vacations again in the future.
