The hotel received a hotel deposit separately at the beginning of the stay, which cannot be understood. Because the fee has been paid. Later, it was solved through Trip.com communication. This is a more uncomfortable place. Everything else is very satisfactory. Hotel breakfast is good. Great location and very convenient. Just 50 meters next to Jiefangbei. Convenient to go anywhere★

not bad. Thank you very much for picking up the travel agency. Because the train was late and did not catch up with the first day of the trip, the travel agency tried everything to help us catch up with the next day. It also specially drove and full-time tour guide to accompany our family for a day. I am very grateful! But the tour guide to Xining is not very professional~
