The tour was very good. They contacted me months beforehand to ensure everything was in order, and we even booked another tour with them in advance, and it was personalized. The terracotta tile tour was good, and our guide was excellent. She was patient and attentive because we were a large group with two 80-year-old adults, and she catered to our every need. Our guide, named Phoenix, was very good. 100% recommended. She didn't rush us; everything was calm and relaxed. She also recommended a show for us to see and got us tickets. The show was awesome.

The group tour in English was very informative, and the transportation ran smoothly. The included lunch included a visit to a local Chinese restaurant, where we were ordered a few dishes so we could try a few different dishes. Overall, highly recommended!

Although it was a seriously hot day in Xi’an, the Terra-cotta Warrior facilities are well ventilated with air conditioning in all the buildings/pit sites. Our guide, Tina, was very informative and provided an overview of the history of the site. I highly recommend this tour. And be sure to top it off with the DIY terra-cotta warrior figurine making experience. We were a bit apprehensive about visiting the site during the July holiday, however the crowds were manageable and it was an overall great experience.

Grace provided a very detailed introduction to the Terracotta Warriors, she sharing some specifics and interesting historical stories, which I really enjoyed. She also helped me purchase tickets to a performance and arranged a visit to a unique mosque. I am very grateful for her assistance. This is a must book tour in XiAn.
