Ulysses was our guide and he is amazing! Showed us the whole town and made everything easy and so much fun! The Ixtapa island snorkeling tour is absolutely amazing and fish EVERYWHERE! There are also restaurant beach bars to relax at and eat and drink before or after and this is a must do if in Zihuatanejo or Ixtapa!! 10 out of 10!!!

Overall it was a great experience. They picked us at our hotel, drove us to the destination, which was pretty remote, it depends how many turtles they have to release at each location. We stopped along the way to buy snacks in the little towns. It was a remote beach by a coconut Grove. My daughter and I loved the turtle release experience, something we won't forget and hope we can come back again! Our tour guides Uber, Christopher and Luis Gabriel were so nice!

We did his trip with Ulises of Ketavi Tours. He is an excellent driver, speaks good English and we had a great tour around Zihuatanejo and Ixtapa. He took us to beautiful viewing sites, where we could see the whole bay and take some great pictures!! His local knowledge and some history made the tour even more enjoyable.

This experience was the highlight of our family trip to Ixtapa! Our guide, Francisco, was friendly and very knowledgeable. The volunteers who manage the turtle nests were also very kind and took time to answer all of our questions. This is truly a magical (and educational) experience for all ages! We highly recommend!!!

Luis is a knowledgable and friendly tour guide. He is easy to communicate with and everyone seems to know him! He took us around town and gave us a sense of the local community and history of Zihuatanejo, Ixtapa, and surrounding areas. The tour was a nice blend of experiencing both city and rural life. Luis was so accommodating answering all of our questions and adapted the tour based on our interests. The tour ended with a wonderful meal, even better than the restaurant where we are staying. We’ve already recommended him to other folks we’ve encountered on our vacation and will continue to do so to fellow travelers coming to this region. Thank you for the wonderful orientation to the area.

We actually did 3 tours w Luis’s group and all were top-rated. The best part is the extensive knowledge of the tour guides. Pablo was a wealth of historical knowledge as we did the city tour as well as the archaeological tour with him. He has a deep memory of the history and brings the culture to life. We went snorkeling with Francisco, who made our day fun and rewarding! They were also able to give us great suggestions on other activities such where to eat and shop and to explore for our next visit! We will definitely book with Luis’s group again.


