Cherating Bay is about half an hour's drive from the city, you can rent a car, it's very cheap, and the scenery along the way is very beautiful. The area of the beach is very large, but there are not many people. It is a very suitable place for leisure and vacation. There are flowers and plants all over the ground, and the humid sea breeze is refreshing. Kuantan's white sandy beaches are like a forgotten corner of the world, with impeccable beauty and nature. Various shops, restaurants and other living facilities on the beach are also readily available. You can swim, dive or play beach volleyball.Cherating · 149m from downtown

Teluk Cempedak is a famous tourist destination in Malaysia. It is located in the north of Kuantan City, Pahang State, only 6 kilometers away from the city center. It is an ideal place for local and foreign tourists to play in the water. The long coastline has wide sandy beaches, and many people come here to play during the holidays. There are many large stones on the beach, and these large stones can also be used as a very freehand portrait shooting background. At dusk, the sunset shines on the brown stones and turns golden yellow, which is very beautiful. The beach also has flat and wide pedestrian paths, and there is also a line of small shops selling beach toys, tank tops, T-shirts and souvenirs, a children's playground and various snack bars nearby. There will also be some street art performances.Kuantan · 4.6km from downtown

Lim Ming is a small town in Kuantan District. It is a place where local overseas Chinese gather. The environment is elegant, and the original ecological forest is a leisure place to enjoy the fresh air. When you come to this town, you can visit some attractions such as forest adventures and experience the spectacular waterfalls. The twists and turns of the waterfall are very spectacular, and there is a pool under the waterfall, like a natural swimming pool.Kuala Kuantan · 21.1km from downtown

I come there alone while waiting my family. The staff and security there really helpful and friendly. You can book it online and walk in. You can see Kuantan in 360 from level 1 and outdoor view from level 3. It’s really good experience for me.

Came here with friends to enjoy the refreshing cold water of Sungai Pandan waterfall..the scenery very beautiful as we went there early in the morning to avoid many visitor in the noon and evening, and when the sun shined the waterfall..Amazing..The place opens at 9am so go early to avoid the crowd and the heat. The water is clear and cool and the waterfall beating on your body provides a great massage. Be careful with small children as the water does suddenly get deep at various places. The new SOP is observed quite strictly here with good reason. Everyone has to register and have their temperature taken at the guard house before entering. Parking space is ample. There are also stalls selling finger food in case you get hungry after your swim. My family and I went on a weekday so we were lucky not to be bombarded with a huge crowd. Easily spent an hour here, just enjoying the cool water and then soaking up the sun on the many rocks nearby. Cleanliness is maintained too, hopefully all visitors will continue to keep this lovely spot clean.

Visiting the Petronas Towers requires advance booking. You'll queue on the first floor to take the elevator together, but it's not crowded and the experience is quite pleasant. You can reach two floors: first, the area connecting the two towers on the 40+ floor, where staff will leave at a set time; then, take the elevator directly to the 86th floor.
