Changbai Mountain Valley Scenic Area
The valley Attraction is located in the mountains of Laosandui Village, Huashan Township, Linjiang City. Its characteristic is that there is a vast grassland on the ridge, where herds of cattle and sheep stroll leisurely. Surrounded by colorful forests, it seems like a hidden paradise. It takes about 10 kilometers to drive from the gate at the foot of the mountain to the grassland on the ridge. When you reach the top of the mountain, you will see a ridge grassland that will brighten your eyes and make you feel relaxed. The beautiful alpine grassland here is not formed naturally, but was formed slowly in the 1960s and 1970s when the local forest farms carried out large-scale logging here, forming a piece of open space. Linjiang City Pearl Gate Scenic Area is a comprehensive Attraction integrating sightseeing, fishing, picking, leisure and health care, which is built by Linjiang Pearl Tourism Development Co., Ltd. The Attraction is located in Huashan Town, Linjiang City, Jilin Province, 18 kilometers away from Linjiang City, 35 kilometers away from Baishan City, 30 kilometers away from Huilin Expressway, 150 kilometers away from Changbaishan Airport, and 130 kilometers away from Tonghua Airport. The Attraction covers an area of 1,040 acres and the forest coverage rate is over 90%. It is an important node scenic spot on the west ring line of Linjiang City's "One Belt and Two Rings" tourism planning. In 2017, the Attraction was rated as a 3A-level rural tourism business unit in Jilin Province by the Jilin Provincial Tourism Development Committee. In 2019, it was rated as a municipal-level leisure agriculture and rural tourism demonstration enterprise by the Baishan Municipal Agriculture and Rural Affairs Bureau. Marshal Zhang's Mansion Museum
Marshal Zhang's Mansion Museum was built in 1914 and covers an area of 53,000 square meters. It includes several groups of cultural relics buildings such as Sanjin Siheyuan, Daqinglou, Xiaoqinglou, Guandi Temple, Red Houses, Zhao Yidi's former residence, the former site of Bianye Bank and the former office site. Shenyang Imperial Palace

Changbai Mountain North Slope Scenic Area
The area north of Tianchi Lake in Changbai Mountain is known as the North attraction of Changbai Mountain. There are more attractions here than on the West Slope and South Slope, but there are also more visitors.attractionThe Changbai Mountain Waterfall, Julong Spring, and Valley Forest are all classic geological wonders. You can also take a shuttle bus to experience the rapid curves and then overlook the beautiful scenery of Changbai Mountain Tianchi from the steep main peak. Upon entering the attraction, you must first take an eco-friendly bus to the transfer center. From there, you can choose to take the shuttle bus on the left-hand road to view the main peak and Changbai Mountain Tianchi Lake, or take the eco-friendly bus on the right-hand road to view Changbai Waterfall. If the weather is good in the morning, you can go up to the main peak first when there are fewer visitors and take the shuttle bus (usually a Mercedes-Benz van, 20 minutes one-way) to experience the thrill of continuously and rapidly navigating the curves on the winding mountain road. After getting off the shuttle bus, it's about a ten-minute walk uphill to the top. There are two routes, A and B, with signs indicating them. Usually, you take route A to the top and then continue on route B to descend, avoiding backtracking. If time is limited, you can complete route A and then descend directly via the steps between the two routes. Take the eco-friendly bus from the transfer center directly to the waterfall parking lot (10 minutes one-way). Walk up the boardwalk for a short distance to see Julong Spring and Changbai Waterfall.That waterfall is the outlet of Tianchi Lake, and its 68-meter drop is truly spectacular.The hot spring plaza here sells uniquely flavored hot spring eggs, which you can try. You can also wash your hands in the nearby hot spring pool and experience the volcanic hot spring. It's a five-minute drive from the waterfall parking lot by eco-bus.Little Heavenly Lake,Little Heavenly LakeIt's a tranquil little lake, its surface reflecting the elegant forms of the trees. After lingering for a few minutes, you can return along the boardwalk, where you can see the Erdao Baihe River flowing through the narrow canyon. After about 15 minutes of walking, you'll reach the entrance to Green Abyss Pool. There's a large restaurant called Lanjing Fast Food here that offers lunch; it's located within the attraction, but the prices are relatively high. Green Abyss Pool is a pool of emerald green water, with a waterfall cascading down the cliff on one side. On the way back along the boardwalk after visiting Green Abyss Pool, you'll see Jade Spring. From the parking lot in front of Blue View Fast Food, it's a five-minute drive to...Entrance to the Valley ForestStrolling along the boardwalk through the primeval forest is very pleasant. At the end, you can overlook the forest that sinks into the valley, but you cannot go down to the bottom of the valley at present. The valley forest is the closest scenic spot to the mountain gate. It is about a 40-minute drive from the attraction.Erdaobaihe TownIt's a major tourist hub, with various hotels, shops, restaurants, and bars, all reasonably priced. If you have some free time, you can visit the Changbai Mountain Natural History Museum in town, or watch a traditional folk opera performance at the Northeast Wind Changbai Mountain Grand Theatre. It's best to arrive early during holidays; they say it gets completely congested in the afternoons during the National Day holiday. The one-way traffic system prevents backtracking; you can stop, play for a while, then drive on and play again – the organization is quite scientific. The staff are very responsible in directing traffic. There are only so many parking spaces inside; you can only move forward after the people in front have finished playing and left.
The core area is the alpine meadow, and at the end there's a small grove and a viewing platform. On a clear day, you can see Changbai Mountain (the snow-capped peak in picture 6) slightly to the east and south from the viewing platform – a truly delightful surprise.

There's no entrance fee; admission is free. A visit takes about half an hour. It's 500 meters from National Highway G331, so you can stop by if you're passing by.

The filming location of the movie "Five Golden Flowers". The scenery is naturally beautiful, suitable for overnight stay. After breakfast, climb the mountain to enjoy the scenery, and record the beautiful scenery while walking, which is very meaningful. I came with my family and stayed in a big bunk bed. The food was good. The roasted lamb leg and stewed river carp tasted good. Recommended.

The island is covered with green plants and has a beautiful environment. People come and go along the Yalu River, taking photos. You can see the foreign scenery on the other side. The air is fresh. Walking on the road around the island, you can smell the fragrance of flowers and listen to light music. Some people are running, walking, and exercising. It is really a good place to relax.

I had long heard of the Shenyang Palace Museum and always wanted to visit it. Finally, I had the opportunity to come here. I queued up to enter the palace and slowly browsed through the various halls with the crowd. I felt the weight and vicissitudes of history. The palace remains, but the people come and go. The world changes, and everything has changed.

There were so many people and tourists that I didn't have time to take in many things. It's like a low-end version of the Forbidden City in Beijing. Many of the artifacts on display were discarded from the Forbidden City. Some rooms were off-limits, so people crowded around the entrances to take photos. There was no lighting inside, so the photos didn't look great. The architecture is still quite distinctive.

✅ Goddess Square: The main landmark, with a musical fountain show on the hour ⛲️
✅ Reservoir Dam: The best viewing spot around the lake, a filming location for the movie "The World," absolutely stunning at sunset.
✅ Black Pine Forest: Tall, straight black pines reaching for the sky; a short walk along the wooden boardwalk after getting off the bus creates great photo opportunities.
The park is very large; I didn't get to explore the whole thing.

The newly opened hotel was clean, had good service, and a plentiful breakfast. The hotel's location was also very convenient, just ten minutes from the mountain gate and the train station, with a shuttle bus available. The Meiren Pine Park was right across the street, and there was a food street behind the hotel. It was also very close by taxi to the Shidai Fried Chicken and Lianyu Soup Rice commercial street. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay.
