In autumn, we went to the forest farm to collect pine cones. The roads in the forest farm are well-maintained, and you can drive directly to the forest area. The ground is covered with plump pine cones. The owner said we could pick as many as we wanted, and afterwards we could follow the teacher to make pine cone crafts. We could make a small Christmas tree or a small ornament and take it home. The kids had a great time collecting pine cones, and the adults sat nearby chatting and basking in the sun. The forest area was filled with the fresh scent of trees. After a day of walking around, even the air felt clearer. It was so much more comfortable than being cooped up in an amusement park in the city. After playing, we could even take our finished products home. It was so meaningful.
