St. Jacobs Farmers' Market

4.3
St. Jacobs Farmers' Market, located in the township of Woolwich, Ontario, Canada, is one of Canada's largest farmers' markets and flea markets. Founded by eight farmers from the Kitchener and Waterloo region, the market began as an open-air setup and has since evolved into a comprehensive market featuring both indoor and outdoor stalls. The market brings together over 400 vendors, offering farm-fresh produce, artisanal cheese, baked goods, meats, and diverse international cuisines. Highlights include apple fritters and various types of handmade pasta. The upper level features handicrafts, home decor, and antiques. The market preserves the traditional scene of Mennonite farmers arriving by horse and buggy to set up their stalls. Here, visitors can experience the daily life of locals chatting over coffee by their shopping carts and feel the simple, warm hospitality of the Ontario countryside amidst the bustle.Woolwich · 2.9km from Saint Jacobs

Although the museum is not very big, the exhibits inside are very interesting and suitable for children to visit. There are many interesting small objects and various histories. Although children cannot fully understand them, it is still very good.
