Hometown of Liu Bowen Scenic Area - Baizhang Waterfalls is located in Wencheng County, Zhejiang Province, a national ecological county, with a total area of 4.81 square kilometers. It consists of two core scenic Attraction, Liuji Temple and Baizhang Waterfall. It has a beautiful ecological environment, profound cultural heritage, rich folk customs, and distinct regional characteristics. It is a comprehensive tourist and leisure resort destination where humanities and natural landscapes complement each other and integrate multiple cultures. Liuji Temple is a Ming Dynasty wooden building complex in southern Zhejiang that is worth studying. It was built in the second year of the reign of Emperor Tianshun of the Ming Dynasty (1458) to commemorate Liu Ji (Zi Bowen), a founding hero of the Ming Dynasty and a great man who "established virtue, established merit and established words". The building is spacious and simple, with a magnificent and solemn atmosphere. In the temple, there are plaques and couplets by ancient and modern masters such as Zhang Taiyan, Cai Yuanpei and Sha Menghai. The plaques and couplets are in various styles, including cursive, running, regular and official scripts, which are rare in domestic celebrity memorial buildings. In 2001, it was listed as an important national cultural relic protection unit. Baizhang Waterfall is a waterfall formed by the collection of waters from Nantian, the "sixth blessed land in the world". It cascades down from a mountain cliff over 600 meters above sea level and rushes into a deep ravine, forming a stepped "three-fold" waterfall group with a total drop of 353 meters and a single drop of 207 meters, making it one of the most spectacular waterfalls in China. The water is like flying pearls and splashing jade, and the sound is like thunder and waves, shaking the mountains and the earth, which is spectacular. In 2013, it was certified by the Shanghai World Guinness Headquarters as "China's highest single-drop waterfall" and was selected as one of the "Top Ten Famous Waterfalls in China".Wencheng · 9.4km from downtown

The shuttle bus service is generally convenient, with free pick-up and drop-off from the high-speed rail station to the tourist center, and tourist buses between various attractions. However, it is inconvenient to take the bus at the Three-Fold Waterfall attraction. If there are no empty seats, you are not allowed to get on the bus. I was unable to get on several buses in a row.

The scenic area is well-planned, and the downhill path wasn't too tiring. I finished the walk in about an hour and a half with minimal stops. The first waterfall was the most beautiful, the second waterfall, passing through the Water Curtain Cave, was quite interesting, but the third waterfall was just average.

The scenery was quite beautiful, and the ticket price of 210 for three people was already a bargain. However, the boatmen on the bamboo rafts tried to sell them extra money for a longer and more thrilling ride.

As the evening breeze caresses the Wenrui River, one can experience the romantic nighttime atmosphere of Wenzhou. The city lights gradually illuminate the scene, ancient bridges lean against the flowing water, and old buildings with white walls and gray tiles gaze at the distant city lights. Layers of shimmering light float on the river's surface as boats glide by, shattering the sparkling reflections.

Small island in the middle of the river, but a great experience! The rich historical heritage and beautiful natural scenery made the trip worthwhile! It's just a pity the itinerary was a bit rushed, and I didn't get to see everything, leaving a slight regret. I'll come back next time!

Dongtou Wanghai Tower truly lives up to its title of "Number One Tower in Southeast China," its ancient building boasting exquisite and grand eaves. Climbing to the top floor offers panoramic views of hundreds of islands dotting the landscape, the azure sea stretching to the horizon, and the scenery of Banping Mountain and the fishing port. The exhibition halls inside showcase local fishing customs, providing insights into Dongtou's maritime history. The park's gentle walking paths are perfect for seniors to stroll and relax, offering an excellent vantage point for overlooking the entire city of Dongtou.

There are many caves inside, all related to religion. Personally, I didn't find them very interesting. Guanyin Cave is more unique and worth seeing. I was too tired to visit Zhenji Temple.

It's truly a hidden gem, a less-traveled gem. It has children's play facilities, a waterfall—and a rather spectacular one at that. There's also a boardwalk for fun climbing. The price isn't expensive, and you can easily spend a whole day there! Although it's called an academy, it's really just a park with a waterfall. It doesn't have much to do with studying. A perfect place to spend a day with kids!

My 5-day trip to Guizhou was fantastic! The itinerary was well-planned, covering must-see attractions like Huangguoshu Waterfall, Xiaoqikong Scenic Area, Xijiang Miao Village, Zhenyuan Ancient Town, and Fanjingshan Mountain. The scenery was breathtaking, the Miao villages had a fantastic nighttime atmosphere, and our guide, Xu Fei, provided detailed explanations and attentive service. There were no hidden costs throughout the trip. Our driver, Feng, helped with my luggage, and we even got to sample authentic Guizhou cuisine. The trip was relaxing and enjoyable, the scenery was soothing, and it's definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended!

🌞 I'm in Wenzhou! With no plans, I just casually wandered around and stumbled upon the famous Wuma Street. It's a bit like the bustling Nanjing Road in Shanghai, but a bit more gentle and slower. 🏛️ The buildings lining the street are Baroque-style buildings from the Republican era. The sunlight dappled the facades, creating a beautiful, mottled effect. While walking, I came across the magnificent bronze statue of "Five Galloping Horses." It was truly breathtaking!✨ There's also the First Department Store and century-old shops—it's like you can smell the scent of bygone times. 📍 Address: Wuma Street, Lucheng District, Wenzhou (between Jiefang Street and Fuqian Street) ⏰ Hours: Open all day, feel free to stroll around. 🪶 Fun Fact: Wuma Street got its name from the fact that when Wang Xizhi of the Eastern Jin Dynasty traveled, the street was wide enough to accommodate five horses galloping side by side. Isn't that quite poetic? ⸻ 🐎 1️⃣ Five Galloping Horses Bronze Statue The bronze horses looked particularly imposing in the sunlight, and many people stopped to take photos. On a clear day, the light and shadows on the horses made them look like they were galloping, so dynamic! 🏮 2️⃣ Chan Street Archway The archway of the New Guoguang Building is easily recognizable from afar. Further in, you can see the Jingguang Pagoda on Songtai Mountain. I happened to be there during sunset, and the warm light was incredibly beautiful. 📸 🏛️ 3️⃣ Baroque Buildings Every corner offers a great photo opportunity. The Republican-era-style exterior walls glow golden in the sunlight during the day and warm in the light at night. Wherever you walk by, you'll feel like you've traveled back in time. 🎭 4️⃣ Ancient Theater The bluestone pavement, carved stone figures, and the archway across the street are all incredibly exquisite. The ancient stage and modern architecture juxtaposed side by side create a wonderful contrast, a truly Wenzhou-inspired experience. ⸻ 🚶‍♀ I didn't take the train~ I preferred to walk slowly, take photos, and enjoy snacks. No rush, no set route. Just let my feet take me wherever I want to go.💭
