3-Star Hotels in Pattani Province, Thailand

This was my second stay here. My first visit was impressive, but this time, I left feeling quite disappointed. I had booked a king-sized room via Trip.com because other room types were full on the booking date. However, at check-in, the staff informed me I'd been assigned a twin room because all other rooms were taken. I was very confused, especially since I'd booked and paid through the app two days in advance. Surely, the staff should have checked their system for my pre-paid reservation. Instead, they just asked if I was okay with a twin room since everything else was full. It was already past 7 PM by the time I checked in, and at that point, having to find another place if I wasn't comfortable with a twin would have been a huge hassle and a waste of time. While I could manage with a twin bed, I'm still puzzled by the hotel's system – booking one room type and getting another. At check-in, the staff also asked about our breakfast time. We requested service between 7:30 AM and 8:00 AM. We came down around 7:45 AM, but our breakfast wasn't served until 8:35 AM. This was an exceptionally long wait. The staff served other tables before ours and then apologized for the delay. While I understand it was busy, serving other tables before ours, especially when we arrived earlier, isn't ideal. Overall, it was a somewhat unsatisfactory stay. On a positive note, the property itself is beautiful, and the beds are soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

Quite far in the village. Better check in during daytime. Service great. Room clean. Nice view. Comfortable room. Spacious verandah. Water pressure quite slow and took a longer time to shower. Friendly staff.

The room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of parking space. The location was perfect, just a few minutes’ walk to the main road and nearby shops. I had a great stay and will definitely consider this hotel again for my next trip to Pattani! Not to mention, the hotel provided extension plugs compatible with Malaysian sockets. So, yay for that little convenience!😀

Pattanipirom Boutique Hotel is a brand new boutique hotel in city centre. Very near to PTT station, cafe amazon,7-eleven,and cafe. The rooms was spacious, clean and comfortable room. Offering king size bed with hair dryer, it also provide weighing scale, many pilows and extra chairs.

For The Room Residence Hotel, I have stayed at the hotel for the 3rd time and was just as impressed. The rooms are clean and complete with amenities. This time I got room 511. The bathroom door couldn't be locked. But it's not a problem. This time it was just the receptionist. Normally you can check out before 12:00 noon, but the staff informed you that you have to check out before 11:00 a.m. I don't know if this is the staff's mistake or if the hotel has changed the check-out time, but overall, it's still impressive. It's the same as before. Check-out matters if changes have been made You should also inform guests who are staying that there has been a change. From that time Changed to this time. Thank you.

Book 4 rooms. All come great, very clean and spacious bedroom. The location very near to university but it's so quiet at night. I got new building. So everything new here. Overall very good.

The hotel has reasonably large rooms. But the lights in the room are less bright, the towels are old. The room has a pungent smell. Where the car is parked in the sun and a lot of dust Should continue to improve a lot.
