For that very pricy 4 stars hotel, I would have appreciated a higher level.. the staff was not particularly friendly neither helpful. The room was very dark with casi no natural light, not renovated like the booking picture. The bathtub was broken, they send someone that didn’t care of it and said it was indeed broken, reception didn’t propose anything in exchange. I ended up trying to fix myself for 1/2h. Bit sad.. also the Jacuzzi/public bath or gym are not accessible for free. You have to pay and book ahead.. you would imagine it’s included in the price. Positive side: very well located in the center, in the main luxury street, explain the price I guess? The rooftop is really the highlight with beautiful sunset, where we drunk our complementary bottle. The breakfast is really good, one of the best so far. Will not come back, not worthy."

What travelers say:"I was very worried before I arrived because of the mixed reviews, so I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. Rooms are clean. The location was great as it's only a few minutes walk from the railway station, and it's right next to the canal. However, breakfast was interesting as we were surrounded by aggressive bees and birds which were ready to steal your food anytime. Staffs were helpful. Special thanks to the waitress who helped calm my daughter when she was stung by a bee."

All the facilities were nice and very clean, the hotel has a modern feel which we liked. The room itself was very nice, good size and modern feel, the bathroom was very clean and modern. They came to clean the bedroom twice a day!!. The breakfast was very good with nice hot and cold options, incl. scrambled eggs, pastries, fruit, etc
The staff were all very nice and welcoming. Great experience in overall, we'd stay here again !!"
What travelers say:"Lets make one thing clear: the staff and the location of the hotel are impeccable. The staff are welcoming and would help you change your room if problem arises. The hotel is also literally right next to St Mark's Square. With that said, everything else are just too outdated and dysfunctional. Rooms are small, doors could not close properly, toilet did not stop flushing... so many problems. If you decide to open the window for some fresh air because the air con did not work, you will be greeted by mosquitos and spiders."
