  What travelers say:"Disappointed by the level of service and outdated hotel. For that very pricy 4 stars hotel, I would have appreciated a higher level.. the staff was not particularly friendly neither helpful. The room was very dark with casi no natural light, not renovated like the booking picture. The bathtub was broken, they send someone that didn’t care of it and said it was indeed broken, reception didn’t propose anything in exchange. I ended up trying to fix myself for 1/2h. Bit sad.. also the Jacuzzi/public bath or gym are not accessible for free. You have to pay and book ahead.. you would imagine it’s included in the price. Positive side: very well located in the center, in the main luxury street, explain the price I guess? The rooftop is really the highlight with beautiful sunset, where we drunk our complementary bottle. The breakfast is really good, one of the best so far. Will not come back, not worthy."

  What travelers say:"The hotel was excellent in overall, the location is great only a few minutes away from St. Mark's square, and within 7 min walk to Rialto bridge. All the facilities were nice and very clean, the hotel has a modern feel which we liked. The room itself was very nice, good size and modern feel, the bathroom was very clean and modern. They came to clean the bedroom twice a day!!. The breakfast was very good with nice hot and cold options, incl. scrambled eggs, pastries, fruit, etc The staff were all very nice and welcoming. Great experience in overall, we'd stay here again !!"

  What travelers say:"The hotel is in a very good location, right next to the train station. Not very easy to find because it’s on a small narrow street. My room was glamour and beautiful. Breakfast was great, I love theirs croissants. Sometimes wifi connection was bad."

  What travelers say:"I was very worried before I arrived because of the mixed reviews, so I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. Rooms are clean. The location was great as it's only a few minutes walk from the railway station, and it's right next to the canal. However, breakfast was interesting as we were surrounded by aggressive bees and birds which were ready to steal your food anytime. Staffs were helpful. Special thanks to the waitress who helped calm my daughter when she was stung by a bee."

  What travelers say:"Lets make one thing clear: the staff and the location of the hotel are impeccable. The staff are welcoming and would help you change your room if problem arises. The hotel is also literally right next to St Mark's Square. With that said, everything else are just too outdated and dysfunctional. Rooms are small, doors could not close properly, toilet did not stop flushing... so many problems. If you decide to open the window for some fresh air because the air con did not work, you will be greeted by mosquitos and spiders."

  What travelers say:"We spent 2 nights in this hotel. When you arrive you are getting such a warmly welcome. The room was really nice - especially that Venice oriental style. Just the bath, as some already mentioned, does not fit to the room. It is clean and is equipped with everything what you need/expect. Just different from the style. And one more little highlight are the big air con devices in front of the window which a super loud. The rest was really perfect. Breakfast buffet included everything what you need. Just only the powder coffee you can get for the price - rest you need to order separately which is different to other 5 stars Hotel where I have been before. At least one „good“ coffee should be included in the high price. Overall really a nice stay with a SUPER friendly helpful staff. And the location is really perfect as you are close to the top sightseeing locations."
