Highlights: The park is the largest after Central Park at nearly 550 acres. The park has scenic public docks, waterfront boulevards, boulevards, pedestrian streets, and a bicycle path that spans about 5 miles across the park. There are a variety of recreational facilities throughout the park, including badminton courts, tennis courts, soccer fields, playgrounds, basketball courts, children's playgrounds, and dog walking areas to cater for individual and group sports, recreational and children's activities. There are bowling lanes, sports fields, ice rinks and rock climbing facilities at Chelsea Pier, which also offers kayaking. The waterfront is open for public recreation, where you can go fishing, take a boat ride, and there is a water taxi stand.
