_TS***lkPalais des Papes is a very significant historical sight. Must visit for everyone coming to Avignon. . . The building looks remarkable from outside. Inside it gives you an opportunity to explore some halls where previous inhabitants lived with a description of what did they do. On the top of the building you can find a spectacular view on the city of Avignon. Try to enjoy it. You can see the fortress across the river which belongs to Vilnev des Avignon.Overall it is a great experience

梦中的阿尔及尔South France is still very beautiful, sweeping away the haze of London and Paris, with the same good sunshine as Barcelona. Many foreigners will bask in the sun here on the English Street.

袔樂Don't miss the Ile d'If when you are on vacation in Marseille, France. Go to the pier and buy a ticket for the time you want to go. The signs at the pier are also quite clear. It doesn't matter if you don't speak French. Just go to the place where there are many people queuing. Price: I remember that it seemed to be more than ten euros to buy a round-trip ticket. Because a friend happened to be studying in Marseille, I went there for a few days. I got used to the life in the north of France. The south of France is simply too charming. The sun, the island, the sunset at nine o'clock... Everything is too charming... The local environment nurtures the local people, so the people in the south of France are so lovely. It was quite fun to go there by yacht. It was quite bumpy, and you could see many people playing various water sports on the sea. I didn’t expect that I would get seasick when I returned to the main island of Marseille. I vomited on the roadside after dinner with my friends. But the passers-by in Marseille were very kind... They gave me tissues and water and asked my friends if I was okay... Although I felt uncomfortable in the car, I felt the enthusiasm of the people in southern France. I recommend everyone to come to Marseille.

Anonymous userTickets were issued very quickly, and the local staff just took a picture of the QR code. The castle was very average, and there were many primary and secondary school students traveling, so the experience was relatively poor. There were Chinese instructions, which was quite convenient. The on-site queue to buy tickets was 7 euros, and those with EU residence permits under 26 were free.

wwwellllThe old town of Nice has well preserved various styles of ancient buildings since the 18th century, such as Baroque churches and Italian-style buildings. Walk into the maze-like old town, stroll through the winding alleys, admire the brightly colored and different styles of buildings, and shop in the unique shops. If you walk to the Cours Saleya, you will immediately see all kinds of bright fruits, candies, and flowers, which are dazzling. If you are tired of walking, you can find a restaurant or cafe and sit in the open air to taste the specialties and famous dishes of Nice.

老二连The Pont Saint-Benezet, also known as the Avignon Bridge, is a famous medieval bridge located in the southern French city of Avignon. The French folk song "On the Bridge of Avignon" was inspired by this 22-hole stone bridge built in the 12th century, which made the bridge world-famous. The original length of the bridge was about 900 meters, but it collapsed due to frequent floods and had to be rebuilt many times. After the severe flood in 1668, most of the bridge was washed away and finally no longer used. It has since been abandoned and no one has tried to repair it. The surviving arches have also collapsed or been demolished one after another, and only four of the original 22 arches remain today. Standing on the broken bridge in the Rhone River and looking around, you can better appreciate the vicissitudes of the ancient city, and the broken bridge has become a scenic spot in Avignon. According to legend, the architectural design of the bridge was inspired by the local shepherd Saint-Benezet, who was ordered by an angel to build a bridge across the river. At first he was ridiculed, but his miraculous removal of the huge stone proved that he had divine help, and he won the support of the rich. The bridge is also the place where the Rhône boatmen worship their patron saint, St. Nicholas. They originally worshipped in the chapel of St. Nicholas on the bridge (where the remains of St. Benezet are also buried), but the increasingly serious disrepair of the bridge led the clergy to refuse to conduct ceremonies in the chapel of St. Nicholas, fearing that the bridge would collapse completely. In the 18th century, a new chapel was built on the land at the end of the bridge on the Avignon side. The bridge is of great strategic significance. It is the only fixed bridge between Lyon and the Mediterranean, and the only bridge between the Papal Territory of Avignon and the French mainland under the control of the King of France. Therefore, both sides of the river are guarded. On the left bank controlled by the French royal family, the powerful Philip IV Tower and the Castle of Avignon were built. On the Avignon side, a large gatehouse was built in the 14th century (and significantly modified in the 15th century), through which one enters the city, through the city walls and a ramp.
