🚌Following Otaru Station, there's a bus stop on the left. Buses go directly to Tenguyama, a 20-30 minute journey. The bus schedule is a bit long, but it's convenient ✌🏻. (The bus stop also runs to the Otaru Aquarium.) 🚡I bought round-trip tickets for the Tenguyama cable car in advance through a certain platform. It was a bit cheaper and came with a postcard and a coupon for a meal at the mountaintop restaurant, which was quite good. Upon reaching the cable car, you need to exchange your QR code for your ticket at the first-floor window, then go up to the second floor to use your ticket. On a pleasant day, the view is amazing, with a bird's-eye view of Otaru. You can even spot Otaru Station and our hotel [smiley face]. It's said that watching the sunrise from the mountain is a must-see.
