M14***73This one-day Mount Rainier Escape (crossed out) hike is packed with surprises and is highly recommended for those with moderate fitness, a bit of ambition, and a bit of courage! 🚗Itinerary Overview: • Depart at 8:00 AM for a scenic hike that combines both sightseeing and survival training. • Arrive at Paradise Visitor Center at 10:30 AM. • Hike the Skyline Trail Loop (approximately 6 miles/9.6 kilometers) from 11:00 AM to 2:40 PM. The goal is to reach Panorama Point, the highest point. Descend via the Golden Gate Trail, taking a shortcut to savor every moment of the scenery. • From 2:40 PM to 4:15 PM, check out Myrtle Falls (a magical waterfall) and Reflection Lakes (perfect for stunning photos). • Depart the National Park at 4:20 PM and head straight to Seattle Airport. ❄️ Snowshoeing Keyword: No equipment, snowy ground, scorching sun, snowmelt, creeks, gravel, three slips, using hands and feet, and surrounded by squirrels.
