130***58This combo ticket is quite expensive, and two or three of the five attractions aren't particularly interesting, but I bought it anyway, adhering to the principle of "since you're already there." There was a minor issue: the QR code on the order form wasn't the ticket. Instead, there was a link in the email that turned out to be a PDF file. It took me over half an hour to figure it out, asking staff everywhere. It was quite a waste of time, so I deducted one point from Ctrip. Fortunately, customer service was helpful, so I felt reassured. The Leaning Tower is noticeably tilted upon reaching the summit, and the walkway is a bit crooked. It's just so-so at the top. Staff regularly sing hymns in the baptistery, and while I couldn't understand them, the sound of the chants swirling and resonating through the tall, circular building was quite moving. The cemetery itself was relatively simple, with just a few sculptures and murals. I can't remember the name of the XXX museum, and I couldn't understand it at all. I didn't even know it, but I wasn't impressed. Finally, I was delayed at the Opera Museum, so I didn't have time to visit it. Overall, this combo ticket was the most expensive and least cost-effective of my entire trip to Italy. I have to complain about how casual Italians are at work. I bought the earliest ticket for the 9 o'clock tower, but it was 8:55 and they still hadn't shown up. The people queuing up were confused and thought they were in the wrong place. It was past 9 o'clock before two or three staff members slowly came over with a code scanning machine and started working in a hurry.
