It was my first to seeing snow and to ski. I am very happy and thankful that I am able to be here. the staffs are very helpful and friendly. they speak English, cos I don't speak Japanese and they really communicate well. Bus to Otaru station is available but have to do a booking via the customer service counter.
The ski resort is well-equipped with comfortable and clean changing rooms, traditional skiing, hot springs and shopping options.
