The experience was absolutely fantastic. The staff were so friendly. The 80 RMB ticket gave me unlimited entry for three days, and there were so many shows that I couldn't see them all in just one or two days. It was drizzling when we went, but the cast and crew braved the rain to perform. Even during the afternoon's live performance (the Three Strikes on Zhujiazhuang), the rain got heavier, but they still persevered. They're incredibly dedicated! 👍👍👍 Also, the food and drinks in the area are really affordable: water is 1.5 RMB, and drinks are 3-5 RMB. The food is pretty much the same as outside. My only regret was that I didn't get to see the iron flower show in the rain. I'll make up for that next time. I hope you guys continue to do well!!!

Henan's attractions won't disappoint! Every theater is refreshing, both in content and performance. Don't worry about your children getting lost in the action. They might not fully grasp the content, but the performances will definitely captivate them, so both adults and children will find something they enjoy!
I went in at 10am and watched 3 main plays (two were enough for me to go in), 8 small theaters and 2 outdoor ones. I came out at almost 10pm and only bought 2 bottles of water in between. Needless to say, it was the best this year.

I watched Justice Bao when I was a kid, so when I came to Kaifeng, how could I not come to Kaifeng Mansion to check in? I didn't expect the garden to be quite big, and there were performances and so on. I didn't go to a dome movie because I had to make an appointment, which was a small regret, but overall it was good.

1. After arriving in Taiyuan, rest in the morning or visit the Twin Pagodas Temple. After lunch, go to the Jin Temple. From there, take a bus to the Botanical Gardens, which are very close.
2. There's no need to take the shuttle bus within the park; it's very close. Just outside the lobby is the popular elevator, which is right by the river. The three exhibition halls are just across the river, just across the bridge.
3. All three exhibition halls are great; since you paid 50 yuan for admission, you might as well visit them all.
4. There's a Dicos between the three exhibition halls, so you can grab some food and drinks and sit down after dark. However, they close before dark, driving customers away.
5. In early September, the three exhibition halls light up around 7:00 PM, and the lights change to different colors. There's also a skywalk between the exhibition halls that spirals upward, allowing you to take aerial photos of the night view.
6. In September, the elevators aren't crowded or lined up, so you can ride as many times as you want, but one trip up and one down is enough.
Our first destination after arriving in Taiyuan, Shanxi was the Taiyuan Botanical Garden. It was early to enter the garden around 4 p.m., and the sky was bright. There were so many tourists that you had to queue up to enter the three indoor pavilions of the attraction. We visited the Tropical Botanical Garden, the Butterfly Release Tube, and the Xerophytic Plant Pavilion—all three of these were enough to get a stamp.

The star artifact in the Luoyang Museum's Famen Temple special exhibition is one of our most memorable artifacts of the Tang Dynasty: the Famen Temple gilded silver sachet.
That hanging stand is truly beautiful!
Perhaps Yang Guifei wore a similar sachet.
There are also exquisite bronze mirrors, a silver basin (really huge), and a cage (I wonder what it holds? It has a swallow pattern on it).
Tang Sancai pottery, maid figurines, and a pumpkin [Grin].
There's also a secret color porcelain with the inscription "Nine Autumn winds and dews, the Yue kiln opens, capturing the emerald green of a thousand peaks." From the side, it looks like it's filled with water!
And there's a stunning blue gilded glaze plate!

Even though I traveled during off-peak season, the Henan Provincial Museum was still a top-tier attraction. Its collection is truly impressive, and its archaeological and artistic value are both top-notch.
Teacher Feng Ping's explanations were truly fascinating, and her carefully crafted script was incredibly well-grounded. The content was thoroughly grounded in history, and she used simple, accessible language to address dry terminology. The explanations flowed seamlessly, highlighting key points and maintaining a smooth, rhythmic flow. The entire presentation lasted over 3.5 hours, far exceeding my expectations. Thank you again!
PS: There's a cultural coffee shop and snacks on the second floor of the museum, perfect for a refreshing snack. They were delicious, too.
Guide Feng toured the Henan Provincial Museum with clear explanations and a wealth of knowledge.
She thoroughly introduced the museum's nine treasures, gradually deepening my understanding of this vast land. She also meticulously prepared pictures of similar artifacts, which gave me a deeper understanding of the artifacts from a vertical perspective. Absolutely amazing!

The museum is grand in appearance, not far from Longmen High-speed Railway Station, clean, and easy to make reservations. However, there are not many antiques, and many are imitations. I recommend the one that shows "Along the River During the Qingming Festival". On weekends, there are free tours for elementary school students on the first floor, which is quite good.
