It's a really amazing scenic spot. There were so many people, especially those getting magnetic therapy! Some were sitting, some were lying down, and some were even sitting in chairs – all sorts of people. There were also local grandmothers selling local specialties, which were all very good and inexpensive. And there was the Bama Holy Spring; I saw so many people collecting water there. I'll definitely come back sometime!
My first visit to Baimo Cave was quite impressive; it wasn't as crowded as I expected. We had tea in the geomagnetism experience area (50 yuan for two people). I thought I'd be staying for three hours because it was too cold, so I left early.

The cave of Bainiaoyan is very unique. Take a boat to visit and see the strange rocks of various shapes. It is really a different world. It is sunny outside and dark inside the cave🌌
The whole trip is not tiring at all. It is suitable for both the elderly and children to play.
Panyang River is a tributary of the Hongshui River section of the Xijiang River in the Pearl River system. It has two sources, one originating from the Shangpojiao of Wenlijie in Lindong Township, Fengshan County, and the other originating from Laheitun, Dangli Village, Xinxing Township, Tiane County. It flows through Fengshan County, Bama County, and Dahua County, and merges into the Yantan Reservoir, a reservoir of the Hongshui River main stream, in Yixu Township, Dahua County. Because Panyang Village is the middle section, it is named Panyang River. Because Bama County in the basin is the "Longevity Hometown", it is also called the Longevity River. There are many karst mountainous areas in the basin, so many sections of the river are underground rivers. The river section in Bama County has developed tourist areas such as the Bama Panyang River Scenic Area, Cifu Lake, and Baimo Cave.
