This is really a paradise for Shaanxi noodles. I have eaten here for two days, but it's just the tip of the iceberg. There is still a lot I haven't eaten yet, so I'll leave it for later. Yesterday I ordered Shui Wei Cheng, Yang Ya Cha, Oil-Splashed Spicy Fish, and Spicy Cabbage Noodles. I ate so much that my belly was full and it was a bit difficult to breathe, haha. I found the feeling of eating until I was full when I was a child. When you come to Baoji, you must try Ling's Jiawaijia, a place with a large collection of noodles. You can order from the menu or go to the famous chef to see the actual dishes and order. It's great 👍🏻
