Every time I always felt that the range of motion was not big enough, and I reached the bottom of the slope when I was ready to exert force. It was not satisfying, so I started again and again, until the timer sounded at the end of the last slide..., and I still felt unfulfilled after the last slide. I skied for nearly 3 hours, and I only sweated a little because I was a little nervous on the first slide and in the middle because I thought the conveyor belt was too slow and walked up by myself. The whole exercise was not much. Next time I go, I will rent a helmet and have a good time on the intermediate track.
