I visited Barcelona Zoo in January 2025, inspired by a tour guide on the hop-on/hop-off bus who praised it as one of Europe’s most important zoos. While it was a decent experience, it didn’t really stand out compared to zoos I’ve been to in places like Bangkok. The layout was nice, and the animals were displayed well, but I felt there were some notable absences—like tigers and camels—that would’ve made it more exciting. The highlight for me was the monkey section, where you could see various typ

Tibidabo, Barcelona's highest point. Don't be fooled into spending 30 Euros on a sightseeing bus by the staff of the sightseeing company. Every weekend there is a magic T2A, which can go up to the top of the mountain in only 3 Euros. The top of the mountain is beautiful, and you can see Barcelona panoramically and see the Holy Family Hall clearly.

Port VELL, a famous port in Barcelona, Spain, we were strolling around the dock and just happened to see a sailboat passing by, so the bridge opened. It was quite interesting. The port was blue sky and white clouds, with sailboats dotted around. There were also many street vendors on the roadside, and it seemed that they were ready to make a fortune.
The Old Port is very beautiful. It is a very relaxing port with many large and small yachts. The sea view here is quite good, and there are many authentic Spanish restaurants around.
