There is a sundial on the wall outside the Basel Cathedral. This church has a very long history. What is unique is that there is a highland behind the church, next to the Rhine River. It is a good place to relax and rest. Many people sit here, eat lunch and enjoy the river view. We also sat here for a while and had something to eat.
The exterior of Basel Cathedral is a typical Gothic building with a history of nearly a thousand years. Although the exterior is very simple and low-key, the interior is very solemn and rich. The care of this cathedral can be seen from the big picture to the details.

Basel's City Hall is unexpectedly beautiful. We arrived in the city center early and other attractions were not open, so we went to the City Hall first. The red sandstone building is very colorful and decorated with gold, which is very beautiful. There are many large murals inside the building with rich colors. Against the backdrop of blue sky and white clouds, this red building is even more beautiful.
Before the Christmas holidays every year, a lively Christmas market is set up in front of Marktplatz. This is the busiest time of the year in Basel, with a wide variety of goods, including food, drinks, and souvenirs.
We walked along the Rhine River to the famous Three-Country Monument in Basel. The air in Switzerland is so good! There were few people on the road during the morning rush hour. The Three-Country Monument is right by the river, so it was quite memorable to take some photos there.
Located in the northwest corner of Switzerland, Basel is close to France and Germany. It is an interesting town that is close to everything. It is very close to the mountainous and hilly area of the Saone region in southeastern France, where there is a Ronchamp Church designed by the architect Le Corbusier. Of course, Basel itself is also very historical and of international financial importance.

It is a bit like a fairy tale world, with small characters and objects that are lifelike. Although the small city of Basel is not big, it brings visitors surprises beyond imagination. It is unforgettable.
The Dollhouse Museum is also a very historical place, where you can see a lot of meaningful things, and this museum looks quite fun. The whole museum is perfect, and there are also some dolls that children like.

The Basel Museum of Contemporary Art is a very standard and unique art exhibition area. In this museum, you can also see a wealth of beautiful luxury goods. The Basel Museum of Contemporary Art is also one of the many exhibition halls in this city.
It is divided into three halls. Some exhibitions require tickets, but you can get free tickets with SP. This time, there happened to be an oil painting exhibition by a British painter, so I visited it before it closed at 6 o'clock. The architecture of the art museum is also quite unique and worth a visit.
