In addition to the dishes that can be ordered at two levels on the menu, drinks, fruits, and side dishes are all self-service. There is also sake for an additional fee. I didn't look closely. The self-service drinks include various common beverages and some beer. There are many types and sufficient quantities; the fruit area has watermelons, honeydew melons, dragon fruits, winter dates, oranges, etc. The variety is not too many, but the appearance is good; the side dish area has several side dishes that can be seen in Japanese cuisine. The quality of these self-service side dishes is also good, but it is recommended to just taste them. It is better to eat more of the dishes ordered. In addition, lettuce, shiitake mushrooms, hot peppers, onions, garlic slices and other side dishes for barbecue are also quite complete, and the barbecue sauce is also well-seasoned.
Today, the main grilled meat platter, oysters, scallops and mussels, I dare not order too much for one person, although it is a buffet, but it is not good to waste. First of all, I want to say that the fire is really amazing. It started to burn brightly as soon as it was lit. It burned brightly the whole time until the meal was finished after an hour. In the past, barbecue was always slow to cook and I couldn't eat it. Today, it was cooked too fast and I couldn't eat it in time. And everyone must keep an eye on it when grilling. You can't just put it on the grate and leave it alone, because it will cook too fast and it may burn if you are not careful. The waitress will help when she sees that the guests are too busy. It's very considerate. In addition, the exhaust is good. There is no smoke in the barbecue restaurant. I didn't feel any smell when I came out after eating. This facility is really good. As for the taste, I was a bit flustered because I was grilling by myself, so I burned a lot of it, even the scallop shells were grilled black. So the meat was obviously good, but most of it was overcooked by me, which was really a sin. But I felt that the best taste was the beef belly. The wide slices of meat were grilled on this particularly strong fire for a few seconds, wrapped in lettuce leaves, with barbecue sauce and garlic slices, it was so fragrant. I think I will definitely order this beef belly as the main dish next time.
It was a bit embarrassing to grill it, so I simply turned off the fire and ordered some snacks, chicken skewers, fish balls, octopus balls, saury, prawn tempura, salad, and crab salad. The crab salad was delicious, with large crab meat and dense crab, and the texture and taste were good; but the saury was not grilled very well, and the fire was too strong. Was the fire in the kitchen too strong? Finally, I had a durian daifuku and almond tofu to end. The dessert was also delicious. It made people have a new appetite after eating it to the end. It was really good.
This place is good in every aspect. I will come here again next time I have the chance. It will be better if two or three people come together, it will be lively and we can eat more dishes.
