There are not many dolphins in Bohol Island. Too many human activities have disturbed the dolphins. They are very lazy. I went there early in the morning and found many boats waiting there. There were also many motor sounds.
To see dolphins, you have to set out early in the morning. We chartered a boat and set out at 7am at Alona Beach to see dolphins. When we arrived at the dolphin area, there were already many other boats waiting there. Seeing dolphins depends on luck. It is said that you can't see dolphins every time you come. We were lucky to see them, but the dolphins swam very fast. We only saw them jumping happily and quickly on the sea. Everyone's boat was chasing the dolphins, so it was not easy to occupy a good viewing point.
