[Chengdu Cuisine] Transport yourself to the streets of Thailand in a flash with authentic Thai flavors 🌶
❗️Heat ahead, so be careful if you're afraid of spicy food. 🌶
We all know Sichuan cuisine is known for its strong flavors, but there's another cuisine in the world that's equally renowned for its bold flavors: Thai cuisine. Those with a strong palate shouldn't miss this. Several new restaurants have opened near the Wan Liang BBQ I recommended last time, including a Thai street stir-fry restaurant.

🥩Dish Review🍀
[🐠Spicy and Sour Sea Bass Pot]🌶🌶🌶Super delicious, perfect for my spicy palate. It's also incredibly spicy. I couldn't get enough of the spice, taking a bite of the fish and a sip of the soup.
[Stir-fried Seafood with Basil]❗️❗️Highly recommended. The flavor is quite strong and delicious! But it's also quite spicy.
[Stir-fried Watermelon] This dish is actually spicy, but pales in comparison to the two above, serving as a welcome relief.
[🍍Pineapple Fried Rice] A classic Thai dish, rice mixed with egg, stir-fried with pineapple and dried fruit, then topped with pork floss. Of course, this is also a great way to relieve the spiciness.
Overall, this is the most flavorful Southeast Asian dish I've had in Chengdu, so for those with a strong palate like me, it's a must-try.
