Hoi An Ancient Town is located in Quang Nam Province in central Vietnam. It is conveniently located and only takes about 1.5 hours to drive from Da Nang. The ancient town is well preserved, and the ancient buildings show the fusion of Chinese, French and local Vietnamese styles. It was listed as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1999. It is famous for its quiet streets, colorful lanterns and long history and culture. The lanterns are lit at night, and the scenery is like a dream. The local food is rich, and the specialties such as lanterns and Ao Dai are also quite distinctive. It is an excellent place to experience Vietnam's traditional culture and history.
Hoi An Ancient Town is located in central Vietnam, 30 kilometers from the seaside in Da Nang. Since you have come to Da Nang, you must not miss Hoi An Ancient Town. Hoi An Ancient Town is not only rated as "one of the 50 places you must visit in your life" by National Geographic, but also a "World Cultural and Natural Heritage" recognized by UNESCO. It is estimated that it will take 45-50 minutes to take a Grab from Da Nang city to Hoi An Ancient Town. The estimated fare is 320,000 VND. You can directly select the destination [Hoi An Ancient Town]. Attractions: You can check in at "Confucius Temple - Fabao Temple - Laiyuan Bridge - Guangzhao Guild Hall - Li Clan Ancestral Hall - Zhonghua Guild Hall - Fujian Guild Hall - Hainan Guild Hall - Chaozhou Guild Hall" and other places to experience the long-standing traditional Chinese culture of overseas Chinese. Tickets: The ancient city is free, but you have to pay to visit designated attractions. You can buy a combined ticket, which costs 80,000 VND to visit 3 attractions, and 120,000 VND to visit 5 attractions. Tickets are free during the Spring Festival. There are almost no people in Hoi An Ancient Town in the morning, but there will be a lot of people in the afternoon. It will be even more crowded after dark, and most of the people are concentrated on both sides of the Thu Bon River. When the lights come on, there are all kinds of lanterns on both sides of the Thu Bon River, which is really beautiful. You can take a river boat and release lanterns here. If time permits, it is highly recommended to stay for one night. You can choose a B&B by the Thu Bon River, which is very quiet and a 5-minute walk from the ancient city. When you come to Hoi An, there is another must-do activity - the coconut boat. Hoi An Canaan Island is famous for its natural scenery of water coconut groves. Take a coconut boat and leisurely pass through the lush coconut groves. During the 45-minute boat ride, the boatman will take you through the narrow river, get close to the lush water coconut forest, and watch the coconut boat rotating performance. It is well worth it.

When you arrive at the village, there will be people asking if you have booked a ticket, just tell them Hanh coconut and someone will show you the destination. Checked in was pretty easy. The staff just verify your ticket and you can board the boat immediately, don't have to wait. Since I'm traveling alone, I have the whole boat to myself. Compare to the usual boat ride, this coconut boat made from bamboo, can be a little wobbly than usual cause it is round. The whole atmosphere was pretty lively with some paddlers being very energetic. You just need to join in. There are shows: throwing fishing net and the famous boat spin, which the paddler will kindly notify you. The paddler is also very kind and helpful to help you take photos and videos. Hat non la, umbrella, life jacket are all provided. The whole ride is about 30-40mins depending on the extra activities you joined.
The coconut boat is a unique boat in Vietnam, so you must experience it. The whole journey takes 45 minutes, and the scene is particularly shocking. Generally, there are 2 people/boat, and you can bargain. If you are not familiar with it, you can choose to buy tickets online, which is not easy to step on the trap. Go at 4 pm, it will be very sunny if you go too early. After the tour, rush to the ancient town of Hoi An, where you can watch a sunset, which is particularly beautiful. Hoi An is more expensive than Da Nang in terms of food, accommodation and transportation, but the one-way fare from Da Nang to Hoi An is more than 100 yuan, and you can charter a car for a round trip of about 180 yuan, but the driver will introduce you to the attractions on the bus, just ignore it.

Meixi Beach in the evening is very attractive, there are umbrella lounge chairs and coffee ☕️ as well as sea view seafood hot pot and sunset! A variety of smoothies and Nanguo fruits and Southeast Asian flavors, eat and drink! Cool sea breeze, bare feet, slippers, step on the soft sand beach, you can enjoy, of course you can also release yourself to surf! You can sit on the beach looking at the sky and be silly, or you can love and leave your footprints. In short, it is a good place to check in for leisure and vacation!
My Khe Beach is located in the eastern suburbs of Da Nang, with convenient transportation and only a few kilometers away from the city. As one of the six most beautiful beaches in the world, it has soft white sand, clear blue water, and plenty of sunshine. Visitors can enjoy sunbathing, sea motorboats and other water activities at affordable prices. The sunrise in the morning is quiet and beautiful, and the beach is like a mirror when the tide recedes in the evening, and the night is charming. There are many seafood restaurants around, where you can taste fresh and delicious food. Whether it is a leisure vacation or water fun, My Khe Beach has become a must-see destination in Da Nang, Vietnam with its natural beauty and convenient facilities!

That was affordable your! The receptionist explained what marble mountain is in the museum. After that I had free time to have look at status made by marble. After tour, they gave me tickets to enter the cave. It was easy to walk there.

Vietnam: My Son (Champa Kingdom) Ruins ☆My Son in Vietnam is a collapsed temple of the Cham people, listed as a World Cultural Heritage. ☆My Son Ruins is a religious site of the ancient Champa Kingdom, known as the Angkor Wat of Vietnam. ☆The ancient Champa Kingdom started construction of the first temple in My Son in the fourth century AD. The Champa Kingdom built about 70 exquisite stone or wooden structures here, which also made it the most core Hindu holy place of the Champa Kingdom. Unfortunately, fourteen centuries later, with the decline of the Champa Kingdom and the bombardment of many wars, there are only about 20 broken walls of different sizes left here.
Great to see this architecture. totally different from what I've seen elsewhere! it was relatively easy to get to by bike. I'd recommend getting snacks/drinks on the way as the shops there are a bit pricey!

Da Nang, Vietnam🇻🇳 Son Tra Peninsula! Clouds within reach☁️ It was the first time I used the word "shocking" to describe the scenery I saw that day Large clouds and endless coastline, the whole of Da Nang is in full view. Son Tra Peninsula is more than ten kilometers away from My Khe Beach, and it only costs a little over 20 yuan to get there by Grab. It's really cool! ! I travel in Southeast Asia by Grab bike
Vietnam🇻🇳Da Nang [Son Tra Peninsula] Nui Son Tra Located in the northeast of Da Nang, it is also called Monkey Mountain and Son Tra Mountain because it is located in the center of Da Nang Port and retains a large amount of native forest. There is a statue of Guanyin standing on the mountain. The Da Nang Dragon Bridge spans the Han River and is shaped like a soaring dragon. It is a landmark building in the city. The bridge is brightly lit at night, and the colorful flowing lights are like a dream. At 9 pm on weekends, a "fire and water spitting" performance is performed, with shocking flames and cool water mist, attracting many tourists to stop. The bridge design combines modernity and traditional culture, symbolizing the dragon totem of Vietnam, connecting the prosperity of both sides. Walking on the bridge, you can overlook the river view and city lights, and feel the vitality and romance of Da Nang.
Dragon Bridge is the most worthwhile spot in Da Nang, but you have to come at night. Every Friday to Sunday, the dragon head will spray fire and water. We just happened to be there at 9 o'clock on Friday night, and the entire Dragon Bridge will be closed when it sprays fire and water, and vehicles are prohibited from passing. It is also very pampering for fans. Pay special attention, you can stand under the dragon head to watch the fire, and you can also feel the heat. After watching, run immediately, because when the water sprays, you will get wet all over. You have to run farther, otherwise the water is too strong. Standing on the Dragon Bridge, you can see many cruise ships, and the night view is also very beautiful, and it also feels like a modern city. You can also check in the same Merlion as Singapore a few dozen meters ahead. You can see the whole picture of the Dragon Bridge at this location. The Dragon Bridge Night Market is relatively small. You can buy durian at the nearby Camellia Night Market, and the price is very good. Half of the night market is shopping, and the other half is food. You can come for a midnight snack.
