Genting generally refers to the tourist attractions and hotels on the top of the mountain. The more famous one is the Genting Highlands Scenic Area in Malaysia. There are many hotels and other entertainment facilities in the scenic area. Tourists can take the cable car to the scenic area and watch the sunrise the next morning.
The dining experience was really great and delicious. The service and environment were great, the food was decent and the price was reasonable (if you don't mind it being a mid to high end restaurant). Had 2 drinks, 2 main courses (kotthu rotti and Rice amd cashew curry and amd cashew rice) and 2 desserts. Really recommend this place. The restaurant has an excellent wine list and great service. The waiters were friendly and happy to suggest dishes to order. Must try the spicy curry Jaffna crab and hoppers.

Bentong Plateau not only has dense primeval forests and a cool and pleasant climate, but also has many beautiful attractions. Food is also indispensable here. The food here makes people salivate. Eat the food here and enjoy the beautiful scenery here.
Malaysia. Genting Highlands - Fried Kway Teow: When it comes to Fried Kway Teow, locals can't help but give a thumbs up to this authentic delicacy originated from Penang. GoogleMan has put a lot of effort into this local delicacy. After countless ingredient improvements, he finally developed today's unique flavor. Among them, the carefully prepared signature sauce has won diners' praise. Spicy, delicious and slightly sweet, this is the biggest feature of Fried Kway Teow, and it is also a local delicacy that everyone must try.

As the name suggests, this is a Nyonya-style snack shop, and the chain branches are all in Kuala Lumpur. There are good Nyonya cakes and traditional Malay food here. Its traditional breakfast set is also very popular and the price is not expensive.
Affordable and delicious breakfast at the Genting Highlands resort in Malaysia. It is not difficult to find delicious food in the current tourist area of Genting Highlands, but it is not easy to find cheap food. This famous Nyonya restaurant sells good Nyonya cakes and Nyonya dishes at reasonable prices, so you have to wait in line. We like the hot coffee and milk tea here. I saw a pack of Tom Yum rice noodles wrapped in banana leaves and bought a pack. The rice noodles taste sour and spicy, very appetizing. You can try the local Malay snack Roti Jala (pancake with curry chicken).

Genting Highlands is indeed a good place to escape the summer heat, with good air and a cool climate. There are many restaurants, so you can find one at any place. They mainly serve Malay cuisine, which is more Chinese. The taste is still acceptable, and most of the dishes are a bit sweet.
The taste is first-rate. I have been eating here for more than ten years since I started eating at the old store in Mid-Levels. It is a must-eat when I go to Genting. Every time I go with my friends, they always remember it afterwards, especially the river fish! If you want the best cooking method, you can't go wrong by listening to the boss. The service attitude is good, and the environment of the new store is better than the old one! In short, it is worth a try!

A Malaysian friend invited us to dinner. He chose this chain restaurant that mainly serves Malaysian and Nyonya cuisine. Seven people ordered a table of dishes. I especially like the signature nasi lemak, which is really delicious. The chicken is well-cooked and the nasi lemak is also fragrant. The fried rice noodles are also good, with a wok flavor. In fact, the dishes ordered by friends are all suitable for our appetite, so everyone eats with relish. The desserts later are also Malaysian specialties, including fried bananas, cendol and red bean ice
Madam Kwan's has many branches in Kuala Lumpur, such as Twin Towers, PAVILION, MIDVALLEY, etc. The taste and dishes are basically the same. This store in Genting World just opened last year, and the decoration style and grade are very good. I have eaten in this store several times, and the taste is no different from that in Kuala Lumpur city. The service is also satisfactory. There are basically no empty seats in the restaurant during meal time.

Good to visit this food court. The picture have show some display outside the food stall. Very old time memories. And one picture show which area fomous food have sell inside this foodcourt. For example petaling street hokkian mee and sarawak kolo mee. Penang food also very easy to order inside this foodcourt. Happy.
There are all kinds of Malaysian specialties here, basically you can find everything you want here. The only problem is that the restaurants in Genting Highlands are expensive, about twice as expensive as those in the city.

2nd visit and my thoughts: Food: 3.5/5Ambience: 4/5Value: 4/5 Overall, this is a good restaurant when having meal in a group setting as it is not crowded. Ordered porridge and wantan mee with a few dim sum for two persons. Total damage about RM140 which is reasonable as most restaurants within Gentings are tourist price. Protip: Can earn GP
This restaurant at the First World Plaza may have some eastern and southeastern Asian style and flavor seafood dishes.

At the First World Hotel and Plaza, East Court Restaurant is modern Malaysian restaurant to have some various flavor dishes.
East court restaurant is not really popular in genting highlands. But, the food very delicious and save a lot time if eating inside this restaurant because not full of customer. The price is consider not expensive and the staff of this restaurant very friendly and can tell customer how to order and what is No1 famous food in this restaurant.
