The cable car was not running during the winter vacation, so we had to drive or walk up the mountain. We spent 150 euros to hire a taxi, and we didn't have to pay for the entrance fee. The scenery after reaching the top was really good, and the monkeys were also quite fun.
There are all kinds of monkeys that are not afraid of people and snatch things. But the scenery here is really unparalleled. The unique angle of looking at Africa is particularly eye-catching. The whole mountain is not too high. There is also a great cable car to go up, but it is still a bit expensive at 15 pounds. You can also see the airport here. The feeling of the plane flying low when landing is very shocking from the mountain.

The Rock of Gibraltar is a 426-meter-high limestone rock. The northern end of the rock is close to the border between Gibraltar and Spain. The rock was handed over from Spain to Britain in 1713 after the War of the Spanish Succession.
