Universal Resort Beijing is definitely worth a visit. Its Universal Studios is Hollywood's first entertainment project in mainland China, so it's a must-see.
The resort is still under construction, and more attractions will be added in the future. It's already very popular with tourists, so if you're visiting Beijing, be sure to schedule time to go to Universal Studios.

The high-speed train from Beijing North Railway Station is very convenient! 👍🏻 It's a 5-minute walk from the train station to the entrance of the aerial cable car, which takes you directly to the 7th floor of the North Tower, and then you can walk to the 8th floor. This is the highest point, offering a panoramic view of the surrounding mountains!
Try to go at Night, buy the correct package. No night visits in the witer.

The park is huge and you could easily spend a whole day there! Driving is a much better experience and allows for much more time than taking the train. Giraffes block the way, and kangaroos lazily roam the roadside. There aren't many animals you can feed; some cows and sheep are in enclosures that are out of reach by car. The giraffes by the roadside weren't very easy to feed, as staff were either urging us to hurry up or shooing our food away. So, don't bring too much food.

It’s definitely worth a visit to the Panda Pavilion in Beijing Zoo. The ticket to the panda pavilion is single entry, once you exit the panda pavilion you can’t re-enter but you could get a new ticket if you want to. There’s a very nice cafe inside the panda pavilion, it’s on the first floor. There are coffee and desserts. There are three pandas at the Olympic house and two pandas at the Asian games house. The zoo opened at 7:30am but the panda pavilion opened at 8am. The pandas are all behind glass wall therefore it’s difficult to capture photos or videos without reflections. There’s a metro station right outside the zoo. There are plenty of food, drinks and souvenirs shops inside the zoo. I don’t think there’s a toilet inside the panda pavilion but within the zoo there are plenty of toilets available.

A great experience! My child loved it. The facilities were new and plentiful. It was clearly well-arranged. The kitchen was fully equipped, and they even provided mosquito repellent patches and other necessities for children – very thoughtful. The owner's recommendations for restaurants and other places to eat were excellent. I'll definitely come back!

This seamless transition from "city" to "scenery" is Daming Lake's most generous gift.
The beauty here lies in its sense of proportion. It possesses the poetic beauty of "lotuses on all four sides, willows on three, mountains in one half, lake in the other," yet it doesn't feel desolate or barren. The lake water is alive, connected to the pulse of Baotu Spring and Black Tiger Spring, so it is clear, moist, and carries the vitality rising from the earth. Take a leisurely boat ride or stroll along the lakeshore. As far as the eye can see, there are the elegant pavilions and ancestral halls with their upturned eaves and brackets, nestled peacefully on the bank, more like long-time neighbors than main attractions. Chaoran Tower, located on the east side of Daming Lake in Jinan City, Shandong Province, was originally built in the Yuan Dynasty and is known as the "First Tower North of the Yangtze River." Its building area is 5,673 square meters, situated on a wide white marble base, topped with copper tiles, and standing 51.7 meters tall with seven stories.
"Chaoran Zhiyuan" is one of the eight scenic spots in the newly expanded area of Daming Lake.
