On the first day in Hanoi, the hotel staff recommended us to eat at this restaurant.
They only have beef, no wonder the hotel staff asked us if we wanted beef.
We chose well-done, and then ordered another serving of fried dough sticks.
The noodles cost 60K, and the fried dough sticks seemed to be 10.
The taste was good, the soup base was delicious, and it tasted different when soaked with fried dough sticks.
The amount of beef was quite sufficient, but I felt a little bit overwhelmed at the end, and later I thought it might be better to order a mixture of half well-done and half medium-done.
There was only lemon on the table, no one-pot dish. I added a lot of lemon, I liked the taste.
