Sanwei Yufu (direct-operated store 1) is located on the second floor of the Shengshijiayuan storefront on Wangjiang Road, Hanzhong City. It is a very good specialty restaurant.
[Taste] The fish are all live fish, weighed and killed, very fresh. Four people ordered four pounds of yellow croaker, plus one point of vegetable tofu and a few side dishes, which is very suitable! Personally, I think that with their spicy hot pot base, boiled yellow croaker is more delicious, and vegetable tofu is also delicious. In short, the fish hot pot tastes really good! The pot base is disposable, and it will be contaminated with ink after eating, which is very good. There is also sauerkraut fried rice in jiangshui, which is also very good.

On a business trip in Hanzhong~
I drove here with my colleagues to eat yellow croaker in the evening. The road was getting more and more remote, and it felt like we were almost in the mountains. It was a restaurant similar to a farmhouse.
The taste must be good, otherwise it wouldn't attract so many people to come here. I asked for three and a half pounds of yellow croaker, but it didn't feel like there was much. In fact, three people almost died of fullness after eating it.
A full pot of pepper and red pepper, the taste is really good, the yellow croaker is also fat but not greasy, very tender, and relatively large.
The key is that the soup is very tasty, but there is only one side dish, old tofu, in it. It would be more perfect if there were more side dishes!
