The first meal in Xilamuren completely conquered my stomach! I thought the conditions on the grassland were simple, but the result was quite unexpected. The hand-held meat was fragrant when it was served. The mutton was cooked just right, tender and juicy. Dipped in the wild chive flower sauce specially made by the herdsmen, there was no smell of mutton, only the meaty aroma and the boldness of the grassland. The freshly brewed milk tea was salty and mellow, with a thick layer of milk skin. After drinking it, my whole body was warmed up. It was completely different from the sweet milk tea I usually drink. Every bite felt like I had eaten the essence of the grassland. My stomach was well taken care of on this trip, and it was definitely worth the price!
