They were just recently named one of the best restaurants in Asia and are the only Michelin star restaurant in Vietnam. The food was excellent. Highlights included the Mekong River Prawns, Cavier Banh Nhung, Cha Ca Hà Nội (Black Cod), Bun Cha Bourdain, and the Roast Pigeon. The Black Cod went really well with the dill sauce and the Roast Pigeon/sticky rice was delicious.

The Black Cod went really well with the dill sauce and the Roast Pigeon/sticky rice was delicious (finished the whole dish despite being the last course and being very full). The Petit Four dim sum was also a surprise and delight. It included the Black Garlic Chocolate and the Passion Fruit/Coconut Macarons.

Square One has long been one of our favorite restaurants in Ho Chi Minh City and it just got even better! We ate here six nights during our three week stay. Chef Ninh Le Trung Hau is amazing! Everything was delicious.
This restaurant is a fine dining restaurant serving Vietnamese and French cuisine. We chose the Vietnamese tasting platter for our starter and it was amazing. For the main course we ordered the salmon casserole with rice and crab soup which was also delicious.

As a Michelin one-star restaurant, Long Trieu’s Cantonese cuisine is indeed worth a try, especially their signature lobster and dim sum, which taste excellent!
Although the price is a bit high, considering the quality of the ingredients and the dining experience, the value for money is still good and suitable for special occasions.

Li Bai Restaurant is located at Sheraton Saigon Hotel & Towers, Level 2 | 88 Dong Khoi Street, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City 84, Vietnam It is indeed the best Chinese restaurant in Ho Chi Minh. Each dish is very distinctive and tastes very good. The service attitude of the staff is also great. The atmosphere and decoration are quite elegant. If I have the chance, I will definitely come again with friends and family. It is a restaurant worth recommending.... Here comes the point.... Although it is a five-star restaurant, the price is quite reasonable. Like 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Li Bai, the name of the restaurant is really very Chinese. As soon as you hear it, you can tell that it is a Chinese restaurant. The environment and service of this restaurant are surprisingly good, and it can be given full marks! As for the taste of the dishes, although they are not particularly authentic, they are surprisingly delicious.

As a Michelin one-star restaurant, AKUNA's service standards are very high. The waiters give detailed introductions to each dish in fluent English, which is impressive.
The dining experience was very pleasant. The restaurant's design was inspired by flowing water and the overall ambiance was elegant, suitable for business dinners or celebrating special moments.

The restaurant offers high-quality steaks imported from the United States, Japan and Australia, with prices ranging from 400,000 VND to 1.5 million VND. The steaks here are served with chili, cheese, toasted sesame or cream sauce, BBQ sauce, etc. In addition to steaks, there are also other appetizers, side dishes, salads, pasta, etc., which taste very good.
Moo Beef Steak - Prime is located at 35-37 Ngo Duc Ke | Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City 700000, Vietnam. I have been here many times. There are more than one in the next two streets. This one is prime. I think the meat is better and the price is more expensive. The bread is also better here. The half-price day on Monday is not to be missed. It is very cost-effective.

Ho Chi Minh was once the place where the French governor ruled during the colonial period, so naturally there are many French delicacies left. This restaurant is quite famous in Ho Chi Minh. There is a romantic swimming pool garden outside, and the interior of the restaurant is decorated in French style. The whole dining process is very ceremonial. The main dishes are recommended, such as roast lamb stewed at 60 degrees for 36 hours and truffle scrambled eggs.
One of the specialties here is their famous sugar cane shrimp, which is really delicious, especially with their buttery John.

I didn't expect it to be right across from Ho Chi Minh Takashimaya, the taste is amazing
The restaurant has professional service and a good selection of wines. The steak was disappointing though, one side was medium rare and the other was better done. The sides were all good, especially the spinach. The soup and salad were ok, but we came for the steak after all, the price was high and the value for money was poor.
