What a great experience!
We finally found the Vietnamese pancakes here!!! This restaurant is near the Nicolas Vietel Hotel and is on the second floor. As you go upstairs, you can see some traditional oriental elements and decorations. We arrived around 2pm and it wasn't crowded, so we took a seat to enjoy the view. The staff here are helpful and friendly. We ordered green papaya salad, fish balls and traditional Vietnamese pancakes. All were delicious! The pancakes were the highlight of the meal! So good!!!!!! Will come again! Thanks for the pancakes!
Ngon restaurant is a good place to eat compared to other street vendors in Phnom Penh. It has a nice environment and rich dishes. There are many open small kitchens in the restaurant, so all the dishes are ready in the blink of an eye. There is always a pre-meal ritual before every meal. Thanks to our brother Jie for his careful photo taking.

Fat Mom Kitchen is hidden in the alley next to the Penang Market. It provides food from all over North, Central and South Vietnam. All food is fresh and healthy, without MSG. The dining environment is very clean and comfortable, with a pastoral style that is very characteristic of the Vietnamese countryside. There are a variety of specialties here, and the key is that every dish is delicious. For example, the coconut fried rice actually has crispy coconut meat in it, which is really delicious. The shrimp cake vermicelli (Vietnamese pizza) is fragrant and crispy, and you can't stop eating it! The cold banana flower salad is very refreshing and suitable as an appetizer. Authentic Vietnamese experience
This is a very nice restaurant with a creative decor. The staff is friendly and they recommended delicious dishes. We tried the carrot salad, raw rolls, green curry and wok hei, all of which were delicious. Even better were the desserts. We tried the banana pudding and coconut dessert, both of which were excellent. For a true Vietnamese experience, this restaurant is highly recommended.
Propaganda has made traditional Vietnamese food international. The decoration is very beautiful. The whole wall is covered with Vietnamese-style posters and murals. The decoration is somewhat industrial and retro, which is very tasteful. The cost is relatively high. A baguette costs 95,000 dong, and comes with a little fries. It is a place frequented by local petty bourgeoisie and foreigners. It is not bad to try it.
