It is very comfortable to sit on the bus and enjoy the breeze. You can also learn about the history of Vietnam. Remember to ask the staff for headphones to listen to the explanation on the bus. If you don't ask, they won't give it to you automatically.
If you have been on one of these before then you will know what to expect. They are great to get round the city, sight see and learn a little about history. The auto Que can be a little behind at times but it’s not a problem. They have open top buses which we did find were quite busy at times and struggled for a seat but we ended up sitting downstairs with the aircon and the view was just as good. Tour guides on the buses are very helpful. We paid on trip and we found it is cheaper then at the desk.

The tower entrance is clearly marked and labeled as it has its own reception and elevator to the highest floor. The overall reception is very good and professional and gives you an elegant feel. If you enjoy over head views of city this sky deck gives a clear and perfect vantage point and 360 view of the city.
I had an incredible experience at the Bitexco Financial Tower in Ho Chi Minh! The view from the observation deck is absolutely breathtaking — a stunning panoramic look at the city. I loved the added touch of history videos and pictures that gave me great insight into Ho Chi Minh’s culture and development. They also provided a city map with useful information and pictures, which made it easy to explore and learn more about the city’s landmarks. The souvenir shop had some unique and thoughtful options to bring home. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the city!

The AO show was amazing and some parts were actually hilarious! Go early for their mini tour of the Opera house at 5pm, where you get to experience a 5-mins viewing from the “WOW” section.
The local acrobatic performance is worth watching but it is quite ordinary. It lasts for one hour, of which the bamboo weaving is only half an hour. The acrobatics level is acceptable, but the ticket price is really high, probably because it includes the photo with the actors.

This tour was exceptionally good value for money. The food was good, and it was all labelled in both Vietnamese & English. I believe this trip is a must do trip whilst in Ho Chi Minh City. I would recommend to all, incredibly good bang for your buck.
There is a Saigon Water Bus and you can use this to have another perspective of the city from Saigon River.
