It is very comfortable to sit on the bus and enjoy the breeze. You can also learn about the history of Vietnam. Remember to ask the staff for headphones to listen to the explanation on the bus. If you don't ask, they won't give it to you automatically.
If you have been on one of these before then you will know what to expect. They are great to get round the city, sight see and learn a little about history. The auto Que can be a little behind at times but it’s not a problem. They have open top buses which we did find were quite busy at times and struggled for a seat but we ended up sitting downstairs with the aircon and the view was just as good. Tour guides on the buses are very helpful. We paid on trip and we found it is cheaper then at the desk.

The performance was unique, with a wonderful blend of music and puppetry, allowing you to experience the charm of traditional Vietnamese culture. The venue wasn't large, but the atmosphere was wonderful, perfect for bringing family and friends. Language was no barrier at all; it was very easy to understand.
The puppet show was great. The show was held in a theater, with two shows a day, in the evening. I came on Saturday and there were a lot of people. A Malaysian sitting in the back row was here for the third time. There was a pool in the center of the show, and all the performances were shown in the pool. There were 6 voice actors on both sides of the pool, dubbing the puppets and playing folk music. The puppets were controlled by puppeteers under the pool. The puppeteers had to stay under the pool the whole time, which was not easy. The whole show consisted of several plays, each of which expressed a scene from the lives of the Vietnamese people. The puppet show was vivid, and coupled with the voice actors, it was superb

The tower entrance is clearly marked and labeled as it has its own reception and elevator to the highest floor. The overall reception is very good and professional and gives you an elegant feel. If you enjoy over head views of city this sky deck gives a clear and perfect vantage point and 360 view of the city.
I had an incredible experience at the Bitexco Financial Tower in Ho Chi Minh! The view from the observation deck is absolutely breathtaking — a stunning panoramic look at the city. I loved the added touch of history videos and pictures that gave me great insight into Ho Chi Minh’s culture and development. They also provided a city map with useful information and pictures, which made it easy to explore and learn more about the city’s landmarks. The souvenir shop had some unique and thoughtful options to bring home. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the city!

Founded in 1868, it was once the office of the French Governor-General in Vietnam. Now it is a place for government meetings and receptions of heads of state.
The tank No. 390 parked on the right side of the yard was the first tank to break through the iron gate of the Reunification Palace when North Vietnam captured Saigon in 1975. Now it is quietly parked here for people to visit, but it still remembers its duty after its death, and its muzzle is still facing the Reunification Palace building.

Tan Dinh Church, also known as the Pink Church, is located in District 3 of Ho Chi Minh City. It was completed on December 16, 1876. Its pink exterior is very eye-catching and is said to have been painted in 1957. The overall style is Gothic, but the decorative details have some Romanesque and Baroque influences. The entire building is currently painted pink, and the facade includes a main tower and two secondary towers. There is a 3-meter-high bronze cross on the top of the 52.6-meter-high main tower. There are five bells inside, with a total weight of 5.5 tons. Not only is the exterior of the church all pink, the interior is also decorated in pink. There are mass times every day and visitors can go inside to visit.

Highly recommend to visit the museum! It was easy to spot the guy by the entrance. Only the hop-on hop-off tour bus I guess was not worth it.
Please come here to learn about history and the sad aftermath of it. there are a few sections/rooms for you to explore. There's also a cafe to relax and have a sip of coffee when the weather is hotTips:1) the entrance fee is cheaper at the counter2) it can be a bit crowded in the museum so come early3) walkable distance from Ben Thanh Market
