Although it may be a bit exaggerated to travel across the ocean to eat it, we did find it by going through streets and alleys, and even encountered holidays and closed doors. We also arrived at noon and saw that the golden signboard "Beef Brisket in Soup" was sold out... It's really amazing! But they really have the capital to be proud... Have you ever eaten such soft and chewy beef brisket and tendon? Have you ever drunk such a delicious and mellow soup? And the silk stocking milk tea that made my son and I order three cups at once... Oh yeah! Look, there are really people who dragged their suitcases from thousands of miles away to get here, and the result is naturally like us, smacking their lips, and leaving with a look back every step, still not satisfied...

The first meal I chose when I came to Hong Kong was Mak Man Kee Noodle House. There are many snack shops on this small street, and they all look delicious. Street food shops like Mak Man Kee give you a familiar feeling of tea restaurants in Hong Kong movies and TV as soon as you enter the door. The booths and small tables are very compact, and there are many locals who come to patronize. I originally heard that the attitude of restaurants in Hong Kong was not very good, but the staff at Mak Man Kee are very kind. I ordered a bowl of Nanru pork knuckle noodles, and three pieces of meaty pork knuckles were served. The pork knuckles were very fragrant after being braised, with a little bit of subtle sweetness, and the noodles were also crispy and chewy, very delicious. His family is a very affordable food store in Hong Kong, and this bowl of noodles left a very good impression on me. Everything I ate in Hong Kong in the next few days was delicious, and I will have to come to Hong Kong for food in the future.
[Taste] Very good taste, the wontons are big and chewy, and the noodles are thin and chewy. [Environment] Adhering to the snack shops in Hong Kong and Macau, clean and hygienic. [Service] The service is thoughtful and meticulous.

The cuttlefish head and squid tentacles of Rongji Noodles are delicious. The noodles have the usual style of vegetables. The chili oil is so spicy that you need to add soup. It seems that there is not much MSG. Recommend the double noodle for $37. The tableware is just a little old, a historical relic, proving that the store has been open for a long time.
Rongji Noodles is located in Sugar Street, Causeway Bay. The pork belly sauce is excellent, and it comes with water spinach, chopped green onions and preserved vegetables. It's delicious! I usually make my own seafood, land and air set: squid tentacles, pig intestines, chicken wings and fried noodles. I can also change my taste. So I ordered a small mixed noodle: pig blood, pig skin, fish balls, beef balls and beef tripe, with fried noodles and spicy oil. It tastes really good.

A place where you can have morning tea alone. It is often crowded when you go there. The dim sum is really delicious. But there are often too many people, which affects the eating experience. I recommend regular breakfasts such as rice rolls and shrimp dumplings.
It feels like eating at home. The soup is cooked over a slow fire and does not contain MSG, which slowly infiltrates all the essence into it. The taste is sweet and simple, and the spirit of beauty is reflected. The caramel pudding uses Beihuidao milk 3.6, no wonder the milk flavor is rich and smooth, it is worth a try.

I don't know what's going on with the shops in this area. They generally close early. It's only 9 o'clock and most of them are already closed. I looked around and saw this one was still open, so I chose it. It turned out to be a popular shop by accident. It has been recommended by Michelin for many years. The shop is very small. There are many people queuing at the door. Those who are still queuing at this time are really in love. It's a coincidence. I just came back from Thailand and ate Thai food for ten days. I didn't expect to still eat Thai food in China. Haha. Let's talk about Jay Chou first. The food is delicious and the taste is definitely good. The environment is unique, but the space is crowded and the comfort is not good. Let's talk about the service. Well, I think it's just regular service. It's not even warm. And it seems that this shop also charges a service fee, which is not very scientific. The food here is not cheap. It costs about 800 for two people to order anything. But I have to say that it's delicious.
Samsen is a very good Thai restaurant. Even on weekdays, there is always a long queue! The various fried noodles are very tasty and fragrant. The desserts are not to be missed. ⁡Recommended chicken fried rice noodles, wagyu fried rice, crab fried rice, coconut ice cream. There are also banana pancakes with pandan ice cream. ⁡

Perfect Window View with rich Pappadellethink the most eye catching of PaperMoonis the great harbour view if you want a window seat, better you make a reservation in advance haa, for the food, you can try some special italian local food which is not easily found elsewhere ya, not too bad to have a try yayaWhen we just get in, they give a plate of olive oil and vinegar, and later servicing us with white bread and biscuit, the texture of white bread is so soft and i like dipping with the vinegar sauceHomemade Pappardelle is indeed good, i cansmell the good taste when it just served haa, smoked pancetta is so crispy, small diced bacon haa, and t's so creamy with strongcheese and milk flavor such a good one, even not a large plate but still full having it haa, flat pappadelle won't too soft or thick which is okk, the sauce is goodCalzone Paper Moon with Ricotto cheese, tomatoes, Mozzarella, Ham and Italian Sausages surprised me so much cause i thought that's just a regular pizzawe usually eat but this is not and i finally found Calzone is a traditional folded baked pizza, just a like a big chinese dumpling haaa, having really cute outlook, surprised us so much, and we thought whether they came wrong loll, calzone is originated in maple in 18th century, so traditional one haa, this is a dough putting with cheese and meats insides and covered the ingredient and go to cook, the ingredients can keep juicy with the cover protection haa, this one having so strong flavor goose cheese but the meat tastes so raw and strong, i rather eat with only cheese haa, but not too bad to try a new one haWonderful harbour view is eating with you and the food quality is a little bit above average standard for the pasta one haa, coming for the view isn't too bad haaPaper Moontaste 4envir 5service 4hygiene 4value 3
Afternoon tea with lobster, oysters, champagne, and an all-you-can-eat sea view, isn't it luxurious? Paper Moon, owned by 1957 & Co., is located in Tsim Sha Tsui and combines many elements, including delicious food, beautiful scenery, and fine wine. It is really a lazy afternoon.

Using the traditional Macau cooking method, looking at this shiny roast goose skin, you will feel instantly healed. The skin is roasted until crispy, the fat melts, and the oil comes out in one bite. You can feel the original flavor of the goose meat directly. The meat is not dry, tender and elastic ~ very chewy
Among the six best roast goose restaurants in Hong Kong, Kam's Roast Goose is said to be run by the third generation of Yung Kee and has won one Michelin star. The main roast goose has crispy skin, but is a little fatty and greasy. The rest of the dishes, such as tofu, offal, and Prince Goose Oil Noodles, are all good. The chive flower goose is tender and tasty.

I recommend the sea bream, which is made of citrus juice, mussels, and almond milk foam. There are also New Zealand lamb crisps, white carrots, black garlic, and Spanish anchovies. The main dishes are very pleasing to the eye and taste good. The lamb is tender and not smelly. It is really first-class.
There is a high-end French restaurant near Harbour City Center called EPURE. This restaurant has group purchases online, which is much cheaper than ordering directly in the store. It is very cost-effective.

Aqua Roma and Aqua Tokyo, located at No. 1 Peking Road, serve very good Japanese cuisine. Their ingredients are very good, so their business has always been good.
A scenic restaurant with a view of Victoria Harbour. The price is very expensive. The distance between each table is a bit narrow, and the environment seems cramped. Smoking is not allowed inside. The whole process is in English. The service seems a bit arrogant. The beef tartare is delicious and has a lot of sauce. The thinly grilled wagyu beef has a delicate texture and melts in the mouth. The goat milk cheese has a strong flavor and is very thick. The sushi platter is very fresh, with large portions and many varieties. The scallops, lobsters and Italian wheat grains are fried golden brown, and the lobster meat is elastic. There are many choices of Cocktai and the photo effect is very good.
