Worth the visit when in Zhangjiajie . Suggest if you are fit enough do the West route then East then finish off with taking the mountain escalator down to the Cave. Not the escalator down to the square is addition charge
It is one of the best places I have visited during my trip to China. If you are in the Zhangjiajie area, please visit this place, and you will not regret your decision. If possible, plan to spend at least 5 hours and take line A.

Hongyunjinding is worth a visit, it is very refreshing, the scenery should be very good when the sun is shining, so the weather is very important. As for Fanjing Mountain itself, the scenery is very beautiful and worth a visit

Visiting Qianhu Miao Village on a rainy day is a unique experience. It's worthy of being the largest Miao village in China, with mist shrouding the mountains, like a fairyland. There aren't many people in the off-season, and the shuttle bus ride is very smooth. The rain only made the trip a little inconvenient, but it didn't dampen the interest of the visit.
The Miao village is large, with sightseeing bus stops included in your ticket. Numerous restaurants serve authentic local specialties. The most enjoyable part is strolling through the village, where the winding staircases reveal the stilt houses of the Miao people. As night falls, watching the lights gradually light up, it feels like entering a fairytale world.

This Guilin landmark is perfect for photo opportunities. Feel free to take your own photos. If you require paid photography within the scenic area, be sure to inquire in advance about the price and whether the original digital film is included. Also, inquire about the fees for bamboo rafts, cormorants, and clothing. There are also bamboo raft cruises, but the experience is average. If you're planning to go on the Yulong River raft, you can skip this option entirely.
When I went to Guilin, I did some research and found that the attractions in the city are relatively concentrated, so I booked a hotel near Vientiane City. It's quite close to the Elephant Trunk Hill scenic area, where you can visit Elephant Trunk Hill, the Sun and Moon Pagodas, East and West Alleys, Jingjiang Palace, and more. Elephant Trunk Hill Park is free, but reservations are required. Since it was summer vacation, there were a lot of people, but I was still pleasantly surprised to see the Elephant Trunk Hill I'd seen in textbooks. It felt like I was there. You can hire a photographer to take photos with you; the price is quite reasonable at 30 yuan. Of course, a photo opportunity is a must when visiting Guilin.

The surprise of this trip started with staying at this hotel! 🫶This stay was an absolute blast! From getting off the bus to checking out, the front desk lady was incredibly attentive. Check-in took just a minute, and she even helped carry our luggage to our room. The room was incredibly clean, and the bedding felt soft, like sinking into a cloud. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, so the hot water came quickly and the pressure was consistent, so I didn't experience fluctuating temperatures while showering. The dining area was also very comfortable, with good lighting and spacious tables and chairs, so it didn't feel crowded. The staff promptly cleared away empty plates, and the tables were always clean. The service was also very friendly, even proactively asking if we needed coffee. ☕
The scenery was breathtaking, and our room had a direct view of Fubo Mountain and the Li River. My friend even asked if I was staying inside the park. It was so refreshing. Free fruit, lemonade, and snacks were available all day on the first floor. Such thoughtful attention to detail. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and would definitely stay here with my kids next time. I'd definitely choose this place. I hope it continues to do better. It would be perfect if the rooftop outdoor swimming pool was bigger, hahahaha, thank you for giving me a wonderful first day of traveling in Guilin☺️

It was okay. I thought we'd be picked up at the hotel, but we were told to walk to a nearby meeting point. We ended up walking there, which was a bit disappointing. Then, the tour guide was selling local specialties along the way, and I couldn't resist buying any. He also wanted us to upgrade our cabin for a little extra money per person, but the scenery was pretty much the same. Once we left the port, we could go up to the second-floor deck to enjoy the view without any restrictions. Personally, I felt the upgrade wasn't worth much. We arrived at Yangshuo Longtoushan Port around 1:30 p.m. We had to eat lunch on the boat, so it would be best if we could bring our own. The boxed lunch on board was 30 yuan, and the snacks were outrageously expensive.

Our guide, Xiao Pan, was friendly and attentive at the pier. The bus picked us up right outside the hotel, and the local specialty sales along the way were pleasant. My friend was delighted to find gifts for her family. After arriving at the pier, Xiao Pan helped me pick up the tickets, saving me the trouble of heading straight to the pier. The three-star boat was quite comfortable. As for the Li River scenery, it's undeniable—definitely worth a visit!
