Korean countryside is unmatched, without a doubt the most gorgeous place I've ever visited. I encourage everyone to make the trek down.
Jeonju has the largest hanok village in South Korea. The village had over 700 houses during the Joseon Dynasty. I also enjoyed seeing Gyeonggijeon Palace and the outdoor museum. The best part is getting a panoramic view of the entire traditional village from Omokdae, a memorial pavilion on a hill.
