We, two adults and two children, took a bus from Tianwai Village up the mountain, then climbed the Eighteen Bends to Nantianmen, where we stayed overnight at Yunchao. The next day, after watching the sunrise, we took the Peach Blossom Spring cable car down and then walked down the mountain for nearly three hours. The scenery was beautiful along the way, accompanied by the sound of gurgling mountain springs, and it was a relaxing experience. The only problem was that the Peach Blossom Spring cable car ticket was a bit expensive. Overall, Mount Tai is worth visiting again and again. Next time, when the children are older, we'll take the Red Gate route.
We started our climb from Hongmen at 7:30 AM. The weather was great, so the experience was excellent. The Mount Tai scenic area is well developed, with numerous public restrooms. Since it's open year-round and never closed for maintenance, almost all of the restrooms have a strong odor, and some can be smelled from the trail. Also, the food stalls along the way offer relatively reasonable prices.

Standing by the main pool of Baotu Spring, the most captivating sight is the three streams of water—wrapped in tiny, silvery bubbles, bubbling up from the bottom like three everlasting snowflakes, their impact creating a gentle, crisp sound, and the air is filled with the refreshing coolness of the spring water. Getting closer is even more stunning: the water is so clear that you can even see the pebbles at the bottom. The three streams rise and fall, yet never cease to flow. No wonder the ancients said, "The water surges like a wheel." This vibrant energy seems to have gathered all the spiritual energy of Jinan into this pool.
I searched online for a long time, comparing many options, and finally booked this hotel the day before arriving in Jinan. I was so lucky! The hotel is in a great location, close to all the attractions. Baotu Spring is just a two-minute walk away, and I can walk across the street and return to the hotel at night after a nice stroll. It was very convenient. The room was very clean and tidy, and I loved it. The shower head had a great, powerful water flow, which was very comfortable. There was a washing machine and dryer on the first floor. The hotel staff were friendly and polite. This hotel experience was a perfect score. I will choose this hotel again next time I visit Jinan. The front desk staff were excellent, and the hotel environment was truly comfortable. The room was clean and tidy, and the warm lighting gave it a cozy feel. The hotel facilities are very complete, including laundry facilities and breakfast. I wanted freshly cooked noodles, and the braised dishes were also very good. There were two kinds of braised dishes, and I loved the fried eggs.

Our family trip to Qingming Shanghe Park was a complete success! It's a perfect choice for a family outing. The kids were so engrossed in their play that they didn't want to leave, and we adults had a blast too. The most impressive part was the live-action performances! The horsefight scene in "Yue Fei Challenges the Young Prince of Liang" was thrilling, with splashing water and booming cannons. The kids watched without blinking, and it was much more enjoyable than watching a movie. Performances run throughout the day, so there's no need to worry about missing out. The NPCs in period costumes were incredibly professional. The peddlers pushing wheelbarrows and the patrolling soldiers actively interacted with the children. My kids followed a vendor selling candied haws for a long time, an immersive experience you rarely find at other scenic spots. The children's play area is rich with activities, including swings, slides, and seesaws, all designed in ancient styles. It's both safe and fun. The kids spent the better part of the day there, completely freeing our hands. Highly recommended for families with children. It's like a giant ancient theme park, and a day spent there is absolutely worth the price of admission! We're already planning a return visit.
The night is absolutely stunning! Qingming Shanghe Park at night is a must-see. It's truly breathtaking. The scenery is truly breathtaking and exquisite. It's like the heyday of the Song Dynasty. Everywhere is filled with singing and dancing. It's truly beautiful! The NPCs are interactive, which is fantastic. It's definitely worth the wait. It feels really good!

It was amazing! This was my first time experiencing what a tourist attraction truly is. There's no cookie-cutter scenery; every spot is unique. I went a couple of days before National Day, and it wasn't particularly crowded. The ironwork flowers were stunning. There were plenty of NPCs, and the Xianxia parade was really cool.
- Excellent Value: Affordable tickets, 80 yuan for three days of fun, and an annual pass for just 100 yuan. Prices within the scenic area are also low, with snacks like malatang and dumplings costing just over a dozen yuan each, offering excellent value for money. - Immersive Experience: The scenic area is themed around martial arts, with numerous NPCs interacting with visitors, such as "Qiao Feng," who will engage visitors in a round of drinks. Visitors can also participate in story-based quests to earn "silver notes" for spending, making them feel like they're immersed in a real-life martial arts world. - Rich Performance Program: The park boasts over 300 established plays and over 900 smaller performances, with thousands of situational performances performed daily, such as "Lu Zhishen's Punch at Zhen Guanxi" and "The Three Attacks on Zhujiazhuang." These diverse performances offer visitors a variety of experiences throughout the day. In-depth Cultural Exploration: Leveraging traditional cultural IPs such as "Water Margin," the scenic spot skillfully blends martial arts stories with urban life, allowing visitors to experience the charm of traditional Chinese culture. This "Chinese expression" is highly sought after by visitors.

Excellent value for money. I experienced the rich cultural heritage of the Central Plains. The service facilities in the scenic area and the enthusiasm of the staff made me feel like I was back home. No matter what time I bought the ticket, it is recommended to enter the venue early in the morning. There are so many and rich activities in the small theater that I can't finish them all in one day.
China's first panoramic immersive theater city, drawing on Henan's rich history and culture, recreates the 1942 drought in Henan, which lasted for over 200 days, resulting in a complete crop failure. Elderly people chose to sacrifice their own lives to continue the hope of their children and grandchildren. Through 21 theaters, the story of Henan people's simple kindness, diligence and wisdom, spanning nearly a thousand years, is told. It's fantastic!

The hotel is in a great location, with clean rooms. The second-floor gym and pool are open and very clean. The buffet has a wide variety of dishes and is delicious. Zayden, the front desk clerk, was friendly and patient.
It is very beneficial to strengthen your understanding of Confucian culture. I happened to encounter the celebration of Confucius' birthday and saw some worship ceremonies. I also learned about the experience of Confucius' family, which was quite touching.

The scenic area has a good environment and is in the style of the Southern Taihang Mountains. However, there are big problems with the management order. During holidays, there are many people queuing up, and the operation is not timely. It should be that they were not well prepared after the sudden popularity. Everything else is good and the scenery is worth seeing.
Fortunately, we took the A line of the scenic area, which saved effort (going down the stairs). We bought a package ticket and the scenery was great - we could see the mountains, water, and clouds! The road signs in the scenic area were also clear.

If you've seen Justice Bao, you might be interested in Kaifeng Prefecture and want to experience it. You can also visit the Bao Temple together, as they're both relatively close and not too large. An hour is enough for both.
Kaifeng Mansion is a modern replica of an ancient government office, divided into two sections, centered around the main hall. The left half, aside from the prison cells, houses dining, entertainment, and a holographic theater, while the right houses the imperial examination hall. Performances revolve around Bao Zheng's case-solving, and there are several of them, making it worth a half-day's visit.

Very satisfied. It's not far from the end of the main street. After getting off the shuttle bus, it's only a few minutes' walk away. It's very clean, the bedding is not damp, and the bathroom doesn't smell at all. The cleaning lady cleans very carefully. There's a convenience store downstairs, and you can eat pollution-free apples. The proprietresses are two very beautiful older sisters. They are very nice. I was really satisfied and stayed there for two days. The scenery of Yuntaishan is very beautiful. The proprietress recommended that if you bring a baby, you must visit Red Stone Man and Quanpu Gorge. The recommendation was very accurate. We also played on the jungle slide in Macaque Valley, and the children were very happy.
Is it worth spending 20 yuan to save 20 minutes of walking up the mountain? Everyone has their own opinion. You missed a little scenery, but you can see another little scenery.

September 23, 2025 Parking is easy, the location is easy to find, and taxis are also convenient. DY livestream group tickets cost 59.9 meters, but it depends on your luck. The Guishan Han Tomb is quite large, and the excavation of the tomb is a massive undertaking! There aren't many people visiting on weekdays, but there are quite a few tour groups. During my time there weren't many people around, so I walked around twice on my own, experiencing the perspectives of both "Grave Robbers' Chronicles" and "Ghost Blows Out the Light." Haha~
Purchasing tickets on Ctrip was very convenient. The combined ticket included admission to the Guishan Han Tombs, the Stone Carving Museum, and the Imperial Edict Museum, making it a seamless journey without any unnecessary detours (you'll need to scan the ticketing QR code at each entrance). I personally think all three attractions are worth seeing. The garden was filled with the sweet fragrance of osmanthus and the various trees laden with fruit, creating a truly relaxing experience.
